Incredibly disorganized.Personal conversations while people wait 45 minutes plus for the pharmacist to review the prescription. Rude pharmacist in charge. Tells you that she has no way to help you when it is clear that she does. Need to do better for your customers.

I called Monday to check if a script was being refilled, automated service, said the script was being processed. I called Tuesday still being processed Wednesday the same. I decided to stop in today, Thursday 11/16, the store is open but the pharmacy is closed. With a hand written sign on is the security gate “Pharmacy is closed for the day” ….. I really hope that people aren’t in dire need of their medication because who knows when it will be filled or if they’ll even be open so you could pick it up. The store itself has turned into a dump. It’s always garbage everywhere. Not sure what’s going on there but maybe time for new management.

I just wanted to say that the the employee named sierra that works at nights at the CVs on south st is an incredibly valuable asset to this store. Her customer relation skills are impeccable as she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in attending to customer needs. She is has a unique talent for her generation in explaining modern technological concepts to older customers with communication skills that explain things thoroughly and effectively without leaving the customer feeling belittled or uncomfortable and most importantly never left confused. She is a confident woman with strong self esteem that is a powerful example of to admire and I would imagine she would be excellent at training new employee and a positive role model . Lastly her overall attitude personality and humor complement her personality, humility and pride in doing whatever the job may be well which is a rare find in my humble opinion in her generation!

Debbie, the manager is rude and should not be allowed to interact with customers. After being on hold for 16 minutes she proceeded to inform me that she is “taking care of both the phones and vaccines and actually disconnected the call! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.Do yourself a favor and do the same.

This CVS pharmacy is trash they don’t help people in need nor do they care about customers. When I went no one would help me and I still haven’t gotten my prescription, it feels like they don’t want to work nor deal with people. I’m very disappointed in this CVS I’m going to be switching to Walgreens for prescription pickups. Also they say the drive-thru is broken it’s been over a month; they should have a sign saying that the drive-thru is closed.

Went in earlier in day to print photos, was helped right away by a curly haired young man (manager?) and was delighted by his helpfulness and politeness. Store was sort of a mess but you can tell they care here.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I held on to speak with a pharmacist for 13 minutes before finally hanging up. When I’ve gone to the window to pick up a prescription, I’ve sat 12-15 minutes before they will even open up the window shade! They are just awful!

Sara is a woman who works at the cash register, so I saw her and asked her for help to send a package, but it's too bad that she helped me with such an unpleasant face and bad answers. She couldn't even help me or ask me questions, just with signs on her wrinkled face. Bad service, I don't recommend it. today Oct 5, 2023

What is going on at the 146 South Street CVS? There are no staff, prescriptions can't be picked up, the drive-thru is closed, and the pharmacy itself has been closed during business hours at least twice in the past 2 weeks. It's a disgrace, and a public health hazard. People are being prescribed medications that they can't reasonably pick up.

I've never actually been to this CVS location but was contacted to fill out a survey of my experience there. Michael, the store manager, contacted me within hours, answered all of my questions and made some very helpful suggestions. I've rarely gotten such a well written and thoughtful reply from a business manager. Thank you!

Understaffed pharmacy. The drive thru is always painfully slow. With only 2 cars in front of me I waited over 20 minutes today just to reach the window. This is slower than usual but not by much. The place also seems somewhat run down.
