Pharmacy is so poorly managed that every visit is painful. Normally when a line builds you step off your work station take care of the line and resume duties. Not ignore a line building while your one cashier struggles to put money on a store card. It's been this way for years.

Very impressed with an outstanding employee at The South Street location in Danbury Ct. Yesuf answered my phone call and put aside an item for me when I explained I was traveling 10 miles to purchase the item and when I arrived he so kind and said it was waiting at the register. Yesuf went above and beyond to help me.

This CVS pharmacy is trash they don’t help people in need nor do they care about customers. When I went no one would help me and I still haven’t gotten my prescription, it feels like they don’t want to work nor deal with people. I’m very disappointed in this CVS I’m going to be switching to Walgreens for prescription pickups. Also they say the drive-thru is broken it’s been over a month; they should have a sign saying that the drive-thru is closed.

Incredibly disorganized.Personal conversations while people wait 45 minutes plus for the pharmacist to review the prescription. Rude pharmacist in charge. Tells you that she has no way to help you when it is clear that she does. Need to do better for your customers.

I called Monday to check if a script was being refilled, automated service, said the script was being processed. I called Tuesday still being processed Wednesday the same. I decided to stop in today, Thursday 11/16, the store is open but the pharmacy is closed. With a hand written sign on is the security gate “Pharmacy is closed for the day” ….. I really hope that people aren’t in dire need of their medication because who knows when it will be filled or if they’ll even be open so you could pick it up. The store itself has turned into a dump. It’s always garbage everywhere. Not sure what’s going on there but maybe time for new management.

I just wanted to say that the the employee named sierra that works at nights at the CVs on south st is an incredibly valuable asset to this store. Her customer relation skills are impeccable as she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in attending to customer needs. She is has a unique talent for her generation in explaining modern technological concepts to older customers with communication skills that explain things thoroughly and effectively without leaving the customer feeling belittled or uncomfortable and most importantly never left confused. She is a confident woman with strong self esteem that is a powerful example of to admire and I would imagine she would be excellent at training new employee and a positive role model . Lastly her overall attitude personality and humor complement her personality, humility and pride in doing whatever the job may be well which is a rare find in my humble opinion in her generation!

Debbie, the manager is rude and should not be allowed to interact with customers. After being on hold for 16 minutes she proceeded to inform me that she is “taking care of both the phones and vaccines and actually disconnected the call! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.Do yourself a favor and do the same.
