Had a great experience at Critelli’s recently - needed repairs after an accident and Progressive recommended them. Everyone was very kind went out of their way to help me drop my car off and pick it up in a timely fashion that worked for my schedule. They even helped me return the rental car to Enterprise when I wasn’t going to be able to make it there in time. Really appreciated the quick service and kindness.

I couldn't be happier with this shop. They took me right away, kept me informed and did a wonderful.job. they even returned my car washed and cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend them. Everyone was nice, especially Kitty.

Do not take your vehicle here for insurance claims. They over evaluate the repairs to total loss to collect a quick deductible on a few minutes of work. Alex and Josh are incredibly unethical and practice shady business.

I had a great experience at Critellis! I worked with Josh and he did a fantastic job on my car. I had a few scraps on my front and some on my back bumper. They fixed and it looks awesome also cleaned it and it looks really good! I would definitely recommend going to them.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Critelli's! My main contact was Alex and he was incredibly professional and kind. I met Josh (who I later learned is the owner) who was just as professional, kind, and generous. He offered to help me out when an issue beyond their capicity to fix meant I might need to hire to have my vehicle towed from their location to another. Luckily, that got resolved and there was no need accept his generosity but I was go grateful for his kindness (I'm sure he saw how stressed I was!). The work they did was great. They even filled my tires, washed and vacuumed out my vehicle (which was overdue and much needed). I would absolutely recommend using Critelli's. They were great!Service: Body & Trim

Had my car here for repairs after an accident as it’s a network shop of my insurance. While the car was in their care for repairs to the trunk the back seats was damaged - not just stained - with some adhesive/solvent/resin, yet they refused to accept the blame for the damages or apologize for it. And had I not checked they wouldn’t have applied a new protector film on the bumper either, even though I had upfront specifically reminded them to ensure to replace that as well.

They have the best customer service I have ever experienced in this industry. Our parts were back ordered and they still got our truck completed on time. This included my multiple phone calls and in need of updates. Katie the office manager is incredibly patient, the father and son are very eager to please. Highly recommended!!!!!
