Marcus and crew were the most professional movers we’ve ever had. They arrived on time, performed a walk through, then went to work. They packed everything up by 2pm. And the way they packed made our belongings secure. They asked when something was unclear and communicated whenever they needed our input. Reliable and professional. Highly recommend them!

Would not recommend. A number of items went missing in the move and some furniture was broken. Also very poor communication with respect to timing of delivery and fees charged. Really disappointed and not worth the headaches.

The staff were nice at the start, but then once the move began did not respond to requests for updates. At one point I called and was rudely dismissed, being told they were "in a meeting". They told me they would follow-up / call me the next day, and they did not. The packing was not done properly - glass and crystal items put on the bottom of boxes, lampshades packed with the heavy items resulting in damage. If you can pick another company - do so. Not worth going thru the headache and receiving damaged items.

Woman said the issue was she didn't go into the officeI'm an Air Force veteran. I've moved literally more than a dozen times. I'm currently in my 20th+ house/address.This company offered to organize delivery of my goods on a Friday. I asked for Tuesday delivery so that I could return rental furniture. No problem, the woman said.Days later (the Saturday after Friday) she informed me that they were adding an additional charge of nearly $700. If I had known this was the case I would have agreed to a Friday delivery. I informed her that I could have moved the rental furniture into the garage if there was an additional cost beyond Friday (that they told me about in a timely fashion)She made it clear in no uncertain terms, the day before scheduled delivery, that if I didn't pay they would not deliver my entire household full of goods.Terrible service, terribly unprofessional. If you get a quote from these people, make sure you have extra money to pay for fees they will levy without contacting you in advance or advising you.Out of literally dozens of removalists in several countries, these are honestly, I swear to God, the worst I have come across.

Excellent company. They relocated us from Los Angeles to Dallas and the whole process was so smooth. Our belongings arrived in Dallas when expected, no delays and no issues. AJ was my relocation contact and he was great throughout the process. I highly recommend them for a long distance move. The movers in LA and then Dallas were okay, not great but just okay. They are not a reflection on Continuum though as they are separately contracted with them.

Fantastic international move experience from New Jersey to Kenya. Continuum were appointed as the local partner for our overseas move and they were great. Wilson and his crew took care packing each item to ensure it was protected and sealed for shipping. Then he was a master Tetris player, loading the 40ft sea container incredibly tightly so that everything fit and wouldn't move around on the journey. Communication was clear and he was really friendly and receptive. Very impressed.

I recently hired Continuum to facilitate my move from Connecticut to Los Angeles, California. From the first phone call I had with them until my belongings were dropped off in my new home, the process could not have been more seamless and customer friendly. The staff was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process. The movers were on time to pick up my belongings and delivered everything on time, with no packages damaged or misplaced. I have moved from city to city a few times over the past five years and this was by far the best experience I have had with a moving company. From the first point of contact with their administrative staff until drop off the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I'd recommend Continuum's service to anyone looking for help with moving. 5 out of 5 stars.

Continuum took care of my move from NYC to Denver. They were on time, headache-free and reasonably priced. All my belongings were in perfect shape and organized when they arrived. Would highly recommend them!!

Great service overall- from the moment I called to schedule a move from my apartment in Boston to the moment the items arrived in New York City. I found the staff to be both professional and supportive and would highly recommend their services. Most impressive was how well the movers did their job- they were on time picking my furniture up the day of the move and I was blown away by how well they moved and unpacked my items in my new apartment. I've moved a number of times over the past 10 years and this is by far the best expierence I've had!

I used Continuum for a move from Norwalk, CT to Manhattan. The movers were very friendly, arrived on time and took great care of my stuff. Not only were the movers great but so were the coordinators who were on top of the move and very helpful during every step of the process. Would Recommend!
