Overall experience was okay. I waited longer than usual: 3 hours to be exact! They told me it would be an hour. Also, I usually get a discount every time I go and when I asked about it they told me that they couldn’t give me the discount unless I had a coupon when in the past, it was given to me and a coupon was never necessary . I wished they could have given me that especially because I have been coming here for the past 3 years.

Today’s 84,000 mile service did not go well.
Before my car was done, I received a text on my phone. Neither Steve nor I could get the app to work. So he printed out the info which stated I must pay $2,000+ for an oil change and windshield wipers. It was finally explained but the numbers never added up to me. The service lasted 45 minutes over the time predicted and Steve repeatedly mispronounced my name.
I’m a longtime customer of yours and I expect to be treated better.
