I had a very good experience here with Cody and everyone else I met. They all were very friendly, helpful, and did not pressure me at all--even when I took some time to make the decision (and probably asked far too many questions). Extremely happy with the new car as well.

My sons car needed repair and this was the ONLY Mazda dealership that could fix it and give a loaner vehicle and accept 3rd party warranties. These guys went above and beyond while fixing my sons car. He has a 3rd party warranty company and the other Mazda dealers didn't want to deal with them. Colonial wasn't afraid to deal with them. Thank you Colonial for being a great service dealership.

If you need a Mazda, speak to Jason in sales.. he's incredible ! He will get you the best deal and he's a fantastic person. If you need your car serviced, my Advisor: Ismael Ruiz was AMAZING! He always went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in every way.. the valet wasn't available to take me home when my car needed to be on the shop for a few days and Ismael took me home while clocked out on his lunch break, and I'm sure it took up the majority of his lunch break, and his manager didn't even know he was doing that for me. Ismael is just an incredible human being. Not only was he was honest/transparent about the diagnosis of my car, he helped me get it covered by Geico even though they were no longer my insurance provider. In every step of the way, Ismael went above and beyond to take care of me.. from driving me home, to updates, to making sure everything that could be covered, would be. I cannot recommend Colonial Mazda, and Ismael in particular, enough. A+++++++!

Best buying experience ever! I highly recommend this dealership and especially our salesperson Adam Marshall. He was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The entire staff was great, but he really stood out amongst his peers. ( purchased CX5 and love it)

This place is one of the best around , starting with the manger Rich from the time we walked in we felt so very comfortable. This is the 3 rd Vehicle I purchased from this dealership. All three times David Brown was a sales consultant. David did an excellent job in coordinating the delivery and possession taking of the vehicle. I would highly recommend colonial Mazda of Danberry to anybody looking to purchase or lease a vehicle

I was looking for a new car and after reading tons of reviews and speaking with fellow Mazda owners, I found just what I was looking for in a Mazda cx30. I went to a one other Mazda dealership before going to Colonial and am so glad I decided to go with Colonial. Shiv helped my father and I from the start to end and was great throughout the whole process. He remained in contact via text to make sure everything was perfect and checked in afterwards to see how I was liking the car. The financial people did a great job explaining the warranties and the whole process was so simple! I just got a service today and Anthony was awesome. The video inspection is pretty cool and easier to understand than the little checklist they give you after a service at other dealerships. The waiting area in the dealership is nice with a small coffee station, wifi, and plenty of comfortable chairs while you wait for your car to be serviced. I just hope that they eventually have service appointments on Saturdays because it's a little inconvenient going during the week. If you're in the market to get a Mazda - definitely check out Colonial!

Ten years ago I needed a small, gas efficient car. Every car company sold their version of it. I went to all of the Danbury dealers with an open mind convinced to get the best deal. I met up with Nelson, who was a salesman at the time. His approach was comforting and honest. The feel that I got from the whole staff there “tipped the scale”. I had leased a second car from them years later and received the same consistent approach. Unfortunately nowadays I need a pickup and Mazda US doesn’t carry one. I do continue to complain to Nelson about that…. The bottom line? I have had to work with Honda, Nissan, Ingersol, and Toyota for that pickup. Not the same pleasant experience I get from Colonial Mazda.

Nice enough staff, but they don't allow you to pay for cars on Fridays. It's the weirdest thing ever.

Both service and parts are closed on Saturdays. That's terribly unhelpful. Not everybody has a Monday through Friday to handle their car issues.

My family and I had the most amazing experience at Colonial Mazda. Go see Jason White. He will truly take care of you and you will have so much fun buying your next car. He will welcome and answer all questions and help you figure out what model is aligned with what you want/need. Everyone at Colonial Mazda is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The facility is beautiful and impeccably clean. Go check them out, you can thank me later!

I have leased 2 cars from Colonial Mazda. My first experience was good. The most recent, 4 weeks ago, was a disaster. After attempting to get information in order to make my first payment MULTIPLE times and being given the wrong information, I had to call the general manager to get him involved. He was finally able to get me an account number. Apparently they are using Mazda Financial Services who sources out the actual financing to Toyota. I was initially given phone numbers to contact Toyota and they had no idea who I was! Fortunately I obtained the necessary information to make my payment on time. I'm STILL waiting for my car registration sticker and document. I transferred the plates from the car I traded in and was told that they would send these items via over-night mail. They keep blaming the delay on NY State DMV and COVID-19. After checking the DMV website I found out that the documents were sent to them 2 weeks ago. No one at the dealership can locate the items so I had to have them re-issued, at a cost to me, and sent to me directly. Something has happened to this dealership over the past 3 years. It's extremely disorganized and no one seems to be educated regarding financing or processing of paperwork. Needless to say I will not be returning.

My hubby and I needed a part for our daughter's car. The guy in the parts department was so helpful and accommodating. Instead of going to one of the auto parts store, we decided to head to the dealer. Im so happy we did. we got the right part at a really good price. Thank you Jason. Great service

Adam Dean, my salesman was top notch! Through the entire buting process he was there to lend a helping hand. When I arrived to sign paperwork, the business manager Anthony was ready to go and went quick and painless. Adam did an extensive overview of any and all options my new vehicle had, even gave me his cell phone number and said if i had any questions whatsoever to call him and he could walk me through anything again. Best car buying experience ive experienced thanks to Adam Dean and the team over at Colonial Mazda. If youre in the market for a Mazda, GO SEE ADAM DEAN AND THE COLONIAL MAZDA TEAM, you wont be disappointed!
