Zero star if I could. Absolutely worst service possible for any bank. Ignorant rude staff. Do not use. Spoke with telephone banking after I left and was told the branch gave me incorrect info and to try another location. Absolutely deplorable service for a branch.

Don’t go there, this is the second time that they can't help me with something so simple, how to print the balance of your account because you have your ID in digital form, there are no clients there and they require an appointment for everything, the staff should be changed.

I always tried to avoid this branch because of poor service, today I have to go to switch funds( I should do online) between accounts, I was told need make an appointment or they can't help me. I'll definitely not going to this branch again
