I had a cap and a slide bed installed over a year ago.....the slide bed was sticking...really irritating, and not obvious how to fix. I called the shop, made an appointment and they had it fixed in under 30 miniutes.....at no charge, even though I purchased over a year ago. Now THAT'S what customer service looks like. Highly recommend!!

Cap city is one of the best dealers I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. I have bought many camps throughout the years through them very nice very knowledgeable. They stand behind their product. They are the cheapest place around for the best quality. once your cap has arrived. It takes the guys literally 45 minutes to install..Your cap is on all set and if there’s any questions or problems you call them. And they take care of it. I have it upmost respect for this family owned business. Great to deal with.

Absolutely terrible experience don’t go here would give no stars if possible.Bought a used truck cap and brought my vehicle here to simply have the 3rd brake light wired. Was in and out in less the 15 minutes but didn’t even leave the parking lot when the problems started. My rear passenger turn signal stopped working correctly and I addressed them about it as the mechanic was running to his vehicle to leave. They pulled it apart and seemed to have fixed it. Drove home not even half way and the same problem happened on the driver side rear turn signal.Now I was becoming upset I had brought my vehicle to this place because they are supposed to be professionals in this and instead my vehicle is now having problems. I checked my vehicle the next morning to take a look and what I found was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.First I noticed one of the bolts that holds my tail light in was not even in all the way. I pulled the tail light assembly out to find that on both tail lamps they had broken the plastic clips that help hold it in place. The wire job was atrocious it looked like a 3 year old had done this wiring and the wire splicers they used were about as cheap as they get. Wires that were run were not secured in any way to the vehicle and were just hanging under the bumper. My tail lamp wires were chewed up with copper showing and now need to be replaced.I’m not even going back to dispute this with them because I don’t want them touching my vehicle again and damaging anything else.Cap City you are supposed to be professionals in truck cap, toppers and accessories. I regret ever coming to you and will never come again or recommend you to anyone. You need to either vastly improve your quality of work and not rush a job so you can go home. Take my advice improve your work or get out of the business.

Made a appointment to install a hitch on my car with 1 week in advance, they ordered the parts, called me to confirm the service, i dropped the car s night before the schedule date. and next morning they called my saying that they could not work ob my vehicle, waste of time and money
