“I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas in April of 2018 from Damaris Beard. Damaris was just great to deal with. The sales manager was also very good. When I went to purchase the SEL Premium model that I wanted it wasn't available anywhere. The sales manager told me if you don't see it here don't worry we can order exactly what you want. He said it may take some time but we will get it. That to me was just great because I didn't have any issues with waiting. I went to the VW Dealership in Pleasantville in Westchester NY and the sales rep that I dealt with told me they only had one and that would be sold regardless if I bought it or not because not many were available at that time. I brought my vehicle in for service and was really impressed with the service there as well. I saw Damaris and we spoke for quite some time. She asked me about the vehicle and spoke to my parents about upcoming vehicles to look out for. When I decide to get my next new Volkswagen I'm going back to DVW and looking for Damaris. Definitely a place to do business with.”

“Working with this branch was a pleasant experience. The tech contacted me before he arrived, completed the work in a professional manner and informed me me when he left. I wasn’t home while the work was done. After seeing the result as well as the interaction with the tech, I won’t hesitate to use them again. The reason for 4 stars and not 5: Safelites windshields aren’t OEM unless you ask. My windshield has an emblem which identifies the vehicle. I found this out only after asking about the emblem. My insurance company did cover the OEM windshield, however it took two appointments with adjustments to my work schedule to get it fixed. Letting customers know upfront that the windshields aren’t OEM should be part of their process. On some vehicles aftermarket glass may not be an issue. However, ones with emblems and the like, or customers who want OEM, should be informed.”

“They fixed my truck that I had messed up trying to paint my hood scoop, they made it look like brand new and did a excellent job blending the color to the exact factory color of the truck. I also had some dents on the driver side door which they also fixed up and made like brand new with a reasonable price.”
