I don't have any complaints about this Best Buy in particular, I've always had good experiences with the staff. But over the past year they've gotten rid of all DVDs and Blu-Rays, and their selection of video games has been reduced to popular/recent releases. However, don't let my apparently niche interests dissuade you. I'm sure it's still a great experience if you're looking for home appliances, a pre-built RGB gaming PC or accessories for one, a camera or vlogging kit, a new smartphone, laptop or smart device, or car speakers.

Usually not a fan of big box stores but very knowledgeable, helpful staff who took their time assisting me to get exactly what I'd wanted. Generous 14 day no questions asked return policy. Lots of parking. Endless selection of computers, tablets, phones, accessories for all 3 as well as appliances, TV/audio equipment & much more.

I always go to the wappergers/Poughkeepsie location. I have always had a great experience. Very polite,caring,professional, and knowledgeable. Never went to Danbury. Just felt so comfortable with Wappingers/Poughkeepsie. It's a trip for me but the trip has been so worth it!
The only thing with my credit that I do is a minimum of $250 . If your purchases have to be $250 or more. I heard that is Best Buy policy. It's not good in that manner. I had an item that even with the tax was just $10 under :( of $250. That was disappointing ? ?

Bought a printer and then I had to return it cuz it didn't have a function I needed. It was a seamless return and exchange for the printer that I needed and they were able to transfer the trade-in on my old printer as well. Excellent service both printers were in stock I installed hours later ,couldn't have been easier

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s to Nathan Guerra !!!
The Store was FILTHY outside at the door. DIRT, BUTTS, TRASH.
A broom, dust pan, and 15 minutes. C'mon........
I was there for a $2K iBUYPOWER GAMING DESKTOP BEAST. Nathan made quick eye contact when I was walking through the computers and hooked me up. He knew the Model and Specs, and confirmed my choice in 30 seconds. He worked through the order processing and had me heading out in 10 minutes.
That's $12K an hour.
Hook Nathan up while you got him !
He'll be good at anything he does

Got my headset here for 250$ and the insurance was 120$ after.
The reason why I rated it so low is because of their premium membership. It's a 180$ yearly charge for a better warranty, you can get money if they lower the price of something you bought and gives you slight discounts.
Also when attempting to use my best buy credit card it was closed for nearly 2 years of inactivity.

I’ve been a frequent customer of this Best Buy location since 2017, and they never let me down. The pickup/ return process is smooth and easy. Shout-out to the 2 geek squad gentleman in the car service department in the back as well, they work right on schedule and are very good at what they do!
