Check your received before you go. The guy charged me for 3 starter fluid($7 each), and I got 2 brake cleaners($ 5 each) and 1 starter fluide($7).

I purchased a duralast 2.5 ton Jack about 2 years ago and and it blew out! I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me but he was very helpful. I purchased the jack on North Street about 2 years ago. There was an issue with the Jack not showing up under my name using my phone number -not sure why. When I looked online Autozone has the jack listed with a lifetime warranty but on the box it said one year warranty so I was confused. In any event the gentleman helping me honored the lifetime warranty off the internet and replace the jack. I explained - I'm going to need a jack. I'm driving a truck with 113,000 miles and the repairs are starting up. I was there about 3 weeks ago and another gentleman helped me with my rotors, he suggested duralast Gold - the rotors are great. This is the best store in the state of Connecticut for customer service. That's what it's about keeping customers happy....

I needed help find and the manager was behind the counter, doing something and not helping anybody so I asked. He didn’t even look up at me and pointed me in the wrong direction and then when went back andI asked him again, the product was right in front of him.
Aside from the jerk who hated his job, they didn’t have grease. What kind of auto parts store doesn’t have grease? Don’t bother go to Levine.

Sunday morning my boyfriend's car wouldn't start. I was 45 mins away from my garage and had no tools with me. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Danny who is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I had originally planned on jumping the car and bringing it down to them to have them install a new battery (which Danny explained he was more than happy to help do even though it was freezing out!), but when I tried to start the car it was dead as could be- as in I couldn't even get it to jump w/cables. So instead I had to run down to their location on Main ST to pick up the battery and sadly purchase a socket set even though I already had multiple sets of them in my toolbox - but like I said I was desperate and far from the shop. When I got there Danny had my battery waiting for me and after I explained to him my situation and asked for him to show me where I could purchase the 10mm deep socket that I needed he actually loaned me a set so I wouldn't have to waste additional money. Let me tell you, I've had some... let's say less than great experiences at AutoZone throughout the state throughout my lifetime, but this guy went above and beyond for a total stranger. I couldn't thank him enough and he's a great counter parts employee (I've worked in shops my whole life so have extensive experience in dealing with parts guys ). I didn't catch the name of the other guy working with him but he was also super nice and helpful and they worked seamlessly together. Auto zone you have real gems in your ranks at this location and Danny is a fantastic company representative- you're lucky to have him so I hope you treat him as good as he treated me ! Again thank you so much for making a crappy situation not only bearable, but a pleasant experience.

I've been there twice, early in the afternoon and at night, with different staff; however, same high-quality customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The last time I went was around 5:30 p.m. They were pretty busy; yet, they found the time to help me with everything I needed in a timely manner. I wasn't just buying stuff. I needed a battery test and replacement.

Long wait time in line. Not to mention theirs like 6 employees in the back NO ONE at the register and people are waiting and waiting workers have great ol time the back laughing on their phones ect ect.

Beware! This store is not honoring return policy, employee and his supervisor with nasty attitude refused to take it back, even when if you tell them that they will be reported to corporate they laughed. Still reporting them for unprofessionalism.

Went here today on my motorcycle just to get some zip ties for my saddle bags. I told the worker I didn't need a whole pack and he replied "how many do you need 3 or 4?" We walked up front and he handed me a small handful free of charge. His name was Merlin. And the world can sure use more people like him. We went outside and talked about motorcycles as I put the zip ties on my bike. Only parts store ill use from here on!
