“As a woman, it is so hard to find people that won’t scam you when it comes to these things. They are always very honest and fair. I had a old car that I wanted them to change the tires and they were honest with me that they could change it, but it wouldnt be worth it since the car was not reliable anymore and told me not to waste my money haha. It was hard to hear since it was my first car but other mechanics kept taking my money and didnt even care to tell me the truth. Since then, I always reccomend them to everyone. Thank you??”

“One of the best dealerships in the area I have purchased many cars from the Jeep dealership. I am always treated with respect from the minute. I walk in to the minute I leave not only from the service department, but from the showroom my last experience was recent. I went to have my oil changed and was looking around. One of the salesman acknowledge the fact that I was in their showroom and started a great conversation with me. His name was Dylan Reed. We started a conversation and by the time my car had its oil change. I purchased another jeep grand Cherokee. I never felt pressured being in the sales,industry myself for many years it was quite a breath of fresh air, not feeling like I had to buy or make any decisions. My experience from the first minute I walked into that showroom until I walked out today with my new car was by far the best experience I had not only did he Dylan come in on his day off to meet me and accommodate me, but he went the extra mile and stayed until I pulled out of the parking lot. He went over every detail of the car showed me how to work all of the new information. He not only guided me. He also gave me his personal cell and told me if I have any questions don’t hesitate to call him. He will always be around to answer questions. I truly felt that he was very sincere. “If you have a foreign imported car and you are taking it anywhere but this shop you are making a huge Mistake. If you have an older model foreign or domestic car you are making the biggest mistake possibl. I was taking my 2004 Audi into three different shops across Connecticut and New York To figure out an issue with the EVAP code. This shop was the only place that could find a solution to the issue This is just the beginning of the reason I am giving this place a five star review. The check engine light was cleared and I drove the car around to set the readiness in order for it to pass emissions. According to all of the AUDI forums and YouTube videos It was a matter of putting miles on the Computer and driving it a certain way. None of these techniques were working. Long story short the technicians at auto tech (I call them technicians because describing these people people as mechanics would be disrespectful) Got on the phone with AUDI and came to the conclusion that one of the computers needed to be addressed. As soon as the readiness was set Gene rushed the car to the emission shop where it passed. The customer service they provide matches the expertise that they demonstrate if I can give them 25 stars I would”

“We were driving cross-country from Boston when our Jeep suddenly stalled near Danbury, CT. Totally stressed, we found Luis Auto Repair—and they were lifesavers!
Luis and his crew got us in the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had us back on the road in under an hour and a half. They even helped us maneuver our Jeep with a U-Haul trailer attached into the shop (no small task!).
One new sensor and an oil change later, we were good to go. They were incredibly accommodating, honest, and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more—if you’re ever in the area and need reliable service, this is the place to go!”
