“I traveled from out of state and my car broke down during the fierce rain storm, necessitating me to stay in a nearby hotel. George has earned his reputation for being honest and accommodating. Despite a parking lot filled with other automobiles, he diagnosed and repaired my car immediately, thereby allowing to return home without having to stay in a hotel an additional night. If I lived near Danbury CT, Autotech would be my go to place. Many thanks to George and his staff.”

“They fixed my truck that I had messed up trying to paint my hood scoop, they made it look like brand new and did a excellent job blending the color to the exact factory color of the truck. I also had some dents on the driver side door which they also fixed up and made like brand new with a reasonable price.”

The frame repair was top notch and the hitch installation was also excellent. “Excellent service, but overpriced for an oil change. I really like this Monro, but was very surprised that an oil change for my 2013 Outback cost $118. I had the oil changed at another repair shop a few months ago and only spent $86 (tax and fees included), which I'd say is pretty consistent with what I've paid for oil changes in this car elsewhere. $118 is excessive by all means. I likely won't come back to this location given the cost, which is unfortunate as everything else is great here. The employees are wonderful. They got me in and out on time. With so many repair shops around, I'm going to choose to go somewhere that's more reasonably priced.”
