The absolute worst "service" center I've ever encountered. I was stuck going here for the past 4 years because he had services we already paid for, and just horrible service. then today, we still had one more oil change and maintenance and they just told my wife that they will be charging us now. I'm going to file a formal complaint with Audi against these crooks. We left and will get service elsewhere. stay far far away from this place!

If you are looking for a vehicle and they have surplus on their lot, say yes to whatever they offer you, especially if you are a female because otherwise they will ghost you completely. So if you want something different, even if you are a loyal customer for 10+ years, don't bother.

Brought my Audi 2020 in for service on Aug 28, 2023 fix a malfunctioning door lock and to fix a leaking dome light. A few days later, the door was once again malfunctioning. Rep offered to re-diagnose "for free (lol) but offered no answer as to why the car was given back to me without first being QC'ed to determine that the problem had indeed been resolved. Audi offered a refund ($199) via check, which a month later I have yet to receive. Odd that they would not instantly offer a credit on my credit card. Doubtful I'll receive a refund check if I have not already received it a month later. A few weeks later (9/20), while in VA on my way to FL, my dome light started leaking again. It was the first heavy rain I had experienced since my 8/28 service. Multiple emails and phone calls requesting a refund for this work ($870) have been ignored. Sort of sad that the false assurance of "the car will never leak again" was given by the rep upon my departure from the dealership. I guess he meant it wouldn't leak as long as it doesn't rain.EXEXTREMELY SLOPPY WORK AND EXTREMELY POOR POST-SERVICE FOLLOW THROUGH. Wish I could give a Negative 5 Star rating. I all but begged my Audi rep to not let the situation escalate, but unfortunately it has, as I have already taken several steps in this direction. I'm guessing Audi thinks the problem will eventually just fade to black, but in this instance, they are sadly mistaken.

Service should get 4.5 stars.Very efficient. No smiling, but good service.Sales team - not so much.I reached out to one specific sales rep I found on their site 2 times, no call back.Left one message on voice mail and the second via the receptionist.No response.Umm...OK.All I said was "I'm interested in leasing a Q5. Please call me back."So reached out again a few weeks later to Kevin. We talked about the Q5, options, etc. Said he'd call me back with numbers and...no call back.Umm...OK...again.So then I called Audi Hawthorne, spoke to Craig and he ran numbers in 15 minutes. Voila!

Audi Danbury service in exceptional. The office is clean and welcoming. The service people are very professional and quite helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others!

We have purchased a number of vehicles from Audi Danbury because the Dealership is well run, has great service and always provides clean loaner cars. The entire operation is well run and organized. The service writers are top shelf, friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is pet friendly and our dog Hank is always made to feel welcome.

I have had my Audi Q5 for 10 years now and I still feel confident driving this car (which I love). I purchased the car new from Audi Danbury and since my first contact with them, I have always been treated courteously and professionally. The service department is the best and I won't take my car anywhere else.

It’s my first Audi Q7 i bought Everyone was wonderful there they went above and beyond for us we absolutely love mark kline , Michael fell & marsel paloka they made us feel comfortable and made us feel like family they were all very helpful and amazing ppl .mark took his time and went over the whole car with us he gave us his personal number to call him anytime which I thought was wonderful. Michael took time out the next day to call me to ask me if everything was ok how and told me if I need anything to call him anytime. So looking forward to doing future business with them buying more cars . I give them 100percent thank you to everyone at Audi Danbury , Vickey & Elmir Passlic

No, I don’t own an Audi…but I can’t say enough about the wonderful people at the Danbury Audi Service Center. My Subaru had a tire blow out & I managed to limp along & luckily be passing by the service center. I pulled in; 2 nice gentlemen were outside & immediately came to the rescue! They had a service technician take my car, put the donut on & had me on way to get a new tire very quickly. I waited in their lounge where they offered me coffee, snacks… can’t say enough about the terrific people who made me smile in a tough situation. THANK YOU!

I’ve owned my A6 for about a year and unfortunately my crank pulley went and serpentine belt snapped. This was on a Saturday and they said they won’t look at it until Monday. I figured that makes sense but they never offered a loaner car which I thought was odd. Then I call them on Monday, asking what they have to replace and they said I’ll have it Tuesday. All of a sudden there was a part they didn’t notice and they have to order it. This goes on for a few days until Friday when they overcharge me by 1500 for no apparent reason. I know this because I talked to Audi of Fairfield who is much better by the way. Then the very next day I notice smoke coming out from under the hood, and noticed I was now leaking coolant from the same area that they worked on. Called them to see if they would fix the mistake that they made and they basically told me to kick rocks. Extremely unfortunate experience and I will not be using them again.

Easiest dealership I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish. They gave me what I wanted on my trade in,when another dealership came in 3,000 less. Sales, finance, delivery was amazing. Definitely recommend purchasing from Audi of Danbury.

This place is just awesome - they were most helpful - Nate in service was an excellent help and most patient with me while I deal with the stress of my insurance company not attending to my needs. But Audi Danbury stepped in and did what needed to be done to help alleviate my stress. I love that place so much, I've decided to buy a new car from them as well. I don't know any of them personally but from the service end, Nate, to the sales end, Joseph Miller (and the others who were so kind to me), they've made by experience an enjoyable one. Thanks Audi Danbury!!!

I Can’t say enough great things about mark. He never sold me but helped me find the right fit. He was efficient and friendly and we got the deal done in record time. He kept me informed through the process and never let me down. This is my 3rd experience with Audi and Mark made it the best one yet!John on the service side is always going above and beyond as well.
