I went in with my boyfriend to switch over my phone to his account. Eddie was great and helped us not only switch over my account and upgrade my phone. He was helpful and kind!! Best worker ever. He deserves a promotion!!

I absolutely love coming to this store! The staff are always so patient and courteous. Edward, the store manager, is clearly experienced and very knowledgeable and truth be told, I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. Fantastic Service and two thumbs up!

This location in particular is shockingly unprofessional. An employee was setup outside with a table and had profane music playing so loud that we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. I'm surprised he never turned it down, and I'm further surprised the music was explicit. Employees are also uneducated about the current plans AT&T offers which was surprising, as I had to show the employee information he didn't know himself. I've had fine experiences at other locations, but this one displayed undoubtedly the least professional environment of any sort of business I've witnessed in years. Use common sense and a) don't play explicit music and b) turn it down when customers are present.

I went looking for the same promotion that was given to my husband weeks before that included an air pod and a charger if you upgrade and buy two assesories. Nick the store manager told his employee that it was still on. . At the end of the upgrade and paperwork he denied me the air pods and the charger. I left upset and lied too!

We felt pressured into buying the phone but were promised multiple times that it would come today if we ordered it. Now, it has not come, won't come till Monday, and they completely screwed us over by lying to us because now I'm leaving CT to go to Boston (because that's where I go to school) and I won't be able to have my phone, which means I won't be able to trade my current one in. They were aware that I was leaving, so they knew the consequences should the phone not come today. But instead of being honest with us they said the phone was guaranteed to come today and that it "never takes more than one day". We were lied to and now I'm screwed. They clearly didn’t care about our situation and just wanted the sale. We should’ve gone somewhere else.

Didn’t honor promotion. Very unprofessional and rude. Had to file complaint with AT&T. Just unnecessary. Won’t be giving this branch any more business.

Salesman basically lied to us to make the sale. He promised delivery date that he could not make, now we are going away without our new phone. Have the headache and expense of figuring this out. Maybe Verizon provides better service?

Like others who wrote reviews, I was lied to by employees, told adding an extra line would get me discounts.Discounts?? Not hardly! My bill went UP $95 a month. Called att directly, they removed line. Now I’ll file complaint with their Fraud Dept to get refund.These guys should be fired!!

Went in to upgrade to a newer phone. Sales guy said adding an extra line would reduce the monthly bill as there was an offer on.Upgraded phone.Got new bill and we’re paying way more than before. Called AT&T and they said the sales guy was wrong and works on commission so adding a line benefits him not us. Now I have to go back to the store to correct this as they can’t do it over the phone.Wouldn’t recommend this particular store.

Edward made my upgrade process super smooth as he gave advice based on the problem I had with my phone explaining how the new device would help with the issue as well as new features that came along with it. I had no intentions on getting a new phone or anything extra for that matter but with Edward's help I was able to get a new phone plus more! I was very satisfied with my experience at this location.

Don't go into the store and expect to leave with your phone. I came into the store asking for an upgrade the person behind the counter was extremely surly and said that they could help me upon taking my phone they pocketed it. I tried to get it back but they told me They didn't have to help me and refused my service? after almost an hour of arguing with the man I finally tricked him into giving me my phone back by asking him if "I could see it for a second" The incompetence shown in this shop is beyond upsetting, go anywhere else than here to get your phone screens repaired or to upgrade your phone there is an AT&T store not far from this retailer that is an actual AT&T store save yourself the trouble and just go there.

Edward A was very helpful tonight with great advice on the trade in of my daughter’s iPhone 11 for a new iPhone. During our discussion he noticed that my daughter was wearing scrubs & told us about the discount that medical professionals can get wit AT&T. With money being saved I was able to get her a tablet which will be huge in helping her as she continues her studies in nursing. Great experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff member.
