“I am loyal to this lovely animal hospital. We used to have a senior dog who sadly passed away last year, but Dr. Hurley and the staff at VCA treated him so well throughout all the years we went there. He had a lot of complications, especially towards the end where he could barely walk, and yet everyone there made him feel as comfortable as ever. The day our dog passed, the staff took such good care of him and were extremely kind when offering support & services for cremation.
With our current dog, the service has remained the same. Everyone is friendly to both animals and owners alike. The prices are fair as well for the great service they bring.”

The team at AA gave her a thorough evaluation and diagnosed her with an acute liver problem. They gave her fluids overnight and miraculously brought her back to life. Chloe is back to being her usual lovable / annoying self!”
“I took my labrador to Glastonbury Veterinary Hospital in a pinch because there was a fire in our regular vet's office. The office staff at GVH was able to get my pup in for services right away. I loved how gentle and attentive the vet tech was. Moreover, I was blown away by Dr. Haviar. Dr. Haviar carefully explained the etiology of my dog's ear infection. He then showed me the proper way to clean his ears and administer medicine. He was so gentle and patient with my dog, who is absolutely terrified of the vet. You can tell Dr. Haviar and his team love animals. Can't recommend this office enough!”

“I am so grateful to have Dr. Bloom and Bella as my animals veterinary team. They are fantastic. I love how they really take the time with my dogs and cats that are rescues with a hard background and history. Bella takes the extra step and time to help with any medication questions, food questions, and behavior questions that I have. You can really tell she cares about you and your pets. I have recommended numerous friends and family members to Dr. Bloom and Bella within the past year and all of them can agree what an amazing experience they provide. I can not say enough good things about them both. Not only do my 2 dogs and 3 cats no longer fear the vet, I don't either! I finally found a vet and his nurse that handles my crazy cats with such gentle care. My mother-in-law saw Dr Bloom and Bella last week and was in absolute shock with how well her cats did with those two. She and her cats did not always have the best experience at vets and this was a very positive experience for everyone! It's almost as if the cats knew they were in great hands and great care because they were! I can absolutely say this is the first time in a very long time that I've been to a vet where they didn't have to hold my cat down and grab her neck or have 3 people hold her down. Dr Bloom and Bella did no such thing at all and even got a blood draw and vaccines done in the most gentle efficient way. I had a lot of rescue cats in the past 30 years and I am very impressed with these two. As I mentioned before I recommended Dr. Bloom and Bella to a lot of friends and family and have only heard such great things and positive responses, it seems about time to share it with everyone! Extra gold star that they are so funny, judgement free, VERY intelligent and VERY comfortable to talk too. Thank you Dr.Bloom, Bella and everyone at Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital.”

“Great place, they have a Foster Program where they will care for your pet if the home environment isn't safe (I was homeless). It's 30 days, but you can request for an extension of another 30, but it's not guaranteed and if you don't get your pet after 3 days they will consider it surrendered and be put up for adoption.”

“On Christmas day my cat passed away. Not even being my normal vet, she was there for us. She was in the office for a different patient and when I called, they not only answered but helped us. She never rushed me. I was able to take my time and say goodbye to my sweet kitty. I will be forever grateful to them. She owed us nothing, he wasn't her patient but still, on Christmas day showed me care and compassion. I am forever grateful. They are wonderful.”

“Dear Fox Memorial Clinic, On 9/11/24 we had to put our very old and sick cat to sleep. I recently came into extremely difficult time financially. Our cat Harley really was going to die and suffer even if I had money to help him. The vet and assistant made this process so loving. We stayed in the room with Harley when he took his last breath.
It was so sad however they didn't rush us grieve and made the difficult time a little easier. I want to thank you from Monique Vanzuilen and Mike Kula.Please donate bc they are great people! For Xmas I will hopefully have a job and will be a donor..

“My pups have been patients at this practice for over 12 years. I do agree with some comments regarding pricing, however, they have always worked well with me to get appointments and in an emergency have been truly responsive. Dr Kumar has put down 3 of my pups when they no longer had a good quality of life and the experience was nothing but wonderful. Calm, caring, spent time with us and then let us sit with Kayla, Pookie and Yodi as long as we wished. I find the level of expertise on the surgical side is also incredible. A new vet was recently hired who I find to be very Simpatico. For those who don't know Spanish, it does not mean sympathetic. It is a term that has no direct translation into English but basically a nice, warm and caring attitude. My Amstaph is on an NSAID that can cause liver issues do I have to do frequent bloodwork which is great because her levels increased and we had to reduce the dosage so as not to cause severe liver damage. I find the front desk staff lovely. The office manager has been at the practice for two decades and has always been very kind and professional in my dealings.”
