“What an absolutely amazing golf course! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The courses was in great shape and the greens were playing very fast. There's a lot of renovation happening on the course (blame Rory) so 2 holes played as temporary par 3's, but even those holes were great. Can't wait to get a chance to play there again!”

“Nice rustic place but I was there when it was dark and rainy so I can't comment on the outside amenities. Getting there was odd with many turns. Place is far out of the way. Food and apps were good with some interesting unique things.”

“We had so much fun photographing a wedding at Glastonbury Boathouse. The venue was like a blank space, which allowed Lauren and Antonio to easily incorporate important elements of Antonio’s Mexican heritage like hanging Papel picado (Mexican pennant flags) from the beautifully vaulted ceilings. Their ceremony took place overlooking the glistening Connecticut River just before sunset... which meant we got to sneak away for a few minutes during cocktail hour to capture the most amazing sunset photos on the dock. Such a wonderful and fun space!”

“My daughter has danced with New Steps for five years and it has been a pleasure. The owner and staff set the tone for a positive, drama-free dance experience. My child feels welcomed, safe, and encouraged to enjoy her dance experience and to support and encourage her peers, while learning the skills needed to grow as a dancer. Costumes and music choices are always thoughtful and appropriate which is appreciated. Communication is thorough and the studio is stunning.”

“Our wedding at Saint Clements Castle was nothing short of magical. The Waterford is absolutely breathtaking, and the service at Saint Clements has been remarkable.

Saint Clements took care of everything for us from the start. Shelby helped us stay organized from the day we booked the venue to the day of the wedding, ensuring we didn't miss or forget anything. Her communication with us via email was smooth, efficient, and very responsive. Saint Clements was also very accommodating to all our requests.

On the day of the wedding, they made sure all our guests were taken care of, attending to all the little details. They managed everything for us, from setting up the decor to taking it down and organizing it for us to take home. The staff is incredibly friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Shelby and Kate, both of whom are wonderful people. The staff at Saint Clements Castle went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made the planning process seamless and stress-free. Everything flowed flawlessly, thanks to their coordination.

“The Mrs saw their website and convinced me to do their outdoor breakfast in Early October with their farm grown and prepared ingredients. Great view, good food, outstanding service. Their apple pies are some of the BEST I’ve had. Not too sweet, just the right cinnamon, and the apples were cut thinner to allow for a nice tender cook. Many times apples are too thick or too hard when you cook them, but these are outstanding.”

“We held our church anniversary gathering there today. The main pavilion was spacious and clean. The basketball and pickle ball courts were set up and in great shape. The pool was clean, well staffed and safe. The open space was well manicured. The staff that greeted us were friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.”

“My sister had her wedding here and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. They came in early to allow us to set up our decorations and everything else we brought. It was a very beautiful night.”

“I recently used this location for what was a reception of my sister and my new in-laws after a beautiful wedding ceremony this decent size location was utilized by my family and friends for just as beautiful celebration the location is conveniently in downtown New Britain Connecticut right off the highway before they're enough away so there's not a lot of traffic. I like that is located near a few restaurants and fast food locations so if you run out of food or someone doesn't like the food being served you can go grab you something else to eat is also quite a few adult beverage stores in the area so people can BYOB! They have a nice size kitchen where we were able to keep the food fresh and hot and also to serve the guests. I had a great time dancing all over the place and had a good amount of space to do so I was very tired for the couple days afterwards. As I was not responsible for the event I do not know the pricing or the quality of the customer service. I just know that the hall was clean and had a lot of space to hold a large crowd of people. I would utilize this space again for future events for sure.”

“Read a post from a guy who's fiance passed away about a month prior to his wedding date. They callously suggested pivoting the wedding to a funeral or memorial instead. I guess that's what folks have to look forward too.

Update: they fixed the situation. Appears someone without authority to make a statement did such a thing and it came across very callous and wrong, but they rectified the situation. I'm updating this to reflect such.”

“I don't know why this place is labeled "equipment rental", as I believe it to be a banquet/party/ ceremony of any type facility. As it happens, we were there with family and friends, after a loved one's funeral service. The buffet food, bar and bartender, as well as the waitress and desserts were all outstanding.”

“The employees I was able to speak with at the desk were so great! They felt southern to be honest, I was blunt to say the higher (up the coast) you go the less friendly it usually gets but not here. My only disappointment was the pool being worked on so kids were not able to enjoy it… but overall had a great experience and would gladly come back and visit the area! Management I forgot the name of the two girls/ladies that worked at those nights but they were phenomenal and professional! Very helpful!!!!”
