Stop & Shop Pharmacy is noted for its excellent service and top-notch care. The staff are consistently described as the friendliest, most helpful, and great people who love what they do. They are friendly, upbeat, and treat customers like they are the only customer, often greeting them by first name. The pharmacy provides wonderful customer service where employees really care, going above and beyond to help. They handle complex issues like insurance approvals and prescription transfers efficiently, often contacting doctors and pushing for approvals without the customer having to do the work. They are gentle and patient, making stressful situations better. Customers are very impressed and recommend it as a great pharmacy with outstanding service.

Excellence pharmacy. Great, helpful employees. You can tell they love what they do. They are so friendly and upbeat when I go. I’ve only been to them twice so far, because my insurance dropped cvs. I am very impressed with the wonderful staff.

Switched to stop and shop after CVS NEVER had my rx ready on time. Great customer service and people behind the counter all really care about making sure i get what i need. Very great staff!!
