This place is absolutely awful. Please do not send your child here. My experience with my little girl was horrible. The place is dirty. They can’t keep teachers. They are disorganized and there is no structure. They keep things from you. The smell when you walk in is AWFUL. Your child will get hurt emotionally and physically. They will make you feel like it’s your kid that is the problem. The way they speak to the children is even worse. They are not qualified to care for children. Just please don’t send your child here! The moment my kid left this place she was such a better child. When she was there I couldn’t keep her potty trained. She had several accidents daily. Would tell me she was afraid to go to the bathroom. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. The moment she left there she was fully potty trained within a month! No accidents. She is such a happier and well behaved child. I should’ve taken her out of there much sooner.

My child has been coming to this daycare since she was two. She is currently enrolled in the preschool program. She is not the easiest child, and the teachers have always made me feel warm and welcomed. I know my daughter is in good hands atPumpkin Patch.

My children kept getting hurt at this place and I always had anxiety taking my children here everyday, something bad always happened. They are always changing teachers and they were not paying close attention to the children. Everyday I had to sign papers for an injury that could have been prevented if the teacher were paying attention. Don’t get me wrong, the teachers were nice but they do not communicate well when it comes to emergencies and making sure your child is safe!

My daughter has attended Pumpkin Patch for the past year. She loves it there and cannot be happier. The two's room teachers got her potty trained and made the transition to the Preschool classroom so easy for her. She often visits her old teachers and is excited to come to school. I feel comfortable knowing that my daughter is in such good hands when I go to work.

This place needs to be shut down. They have new staff every week and they don't have common sense. The smell of this place when you walk in is unbearable. The young girls are over worked and the kids are out of control. No structure whatsoever. The bathrooms are so disgusting and the kids are constantly sick.My child never comes home with the bowls I sent in lunch box. Everyday they are missing because they expect the toddlers to put everything back where they found it. So many times I showed up the kids blankets and pillows were on the dirty floor we walk on. The toddlers are responsible to put their blankets back after nap. If they don't they are left there on the floor. When my child first started he was left in the same pull up I sent him in for 10 hours. It was so heavy my poor son was running around with it dragging in between his legs. I should have reported neglect right then but instead I gave this place numerous chances. They don't care about the children here sadly. My child was wetting himself everyday and was afraid of the staff. They are very impatient and always in a rush.My child started a new day care weeks ago and hasn't had one accident yet.Do not send your child here. They have horrible communication skills.

I just want to say.. I ABSOLUTEY ADORE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is on point with my child's needs and responds appropriately to any concerns. I actually have ZERO concerns only that my child baby is a human cheeta. She outsmarts me and they came up with a good care plan with me on my child. What I love the most is that the monitor the symptoms of the children well and respond appropriately. There's never hysteria on any child with symptoms of anything. The last place I had my daughter at was a headache about this... but Pumpkin Patch is AMAZING, and what I need on my team as a hardworking, single parent. I rate Pumpkin Patch 5 stars. Everyone is professional, friendly, and I love Evelyn and the staff in the Infant Room, and everyone in the office!!!

We have been attending pumpkin patch for about 6 months. At the end of July we were notified that our child was exposed to Covid, we followed protocols and got tested and unfortunately it was positive. We stayed home in quarantine for 10 days before returning and unfortunately got sick again (I do not blame the center for illness kids get sick). We return to daycare after another 2 weeks home to a new teacher which we were not informed of which was upsetting for both us and the child. After the Covid outbreak we were told by the director that the staff would begin taking temperature checks of those entering the faculty upon our return this was not done. I called the director to express my concerns with the lack of communication regarding staffing changes and temperature checks as she is not there during drop off. Two days after our conversation I get an email stating that we are no longer enrolled effective same day. This is not an appropriate way to handle situations. Main Issues: High employee turnoverLack of communication with parents

Love Pumpkin Patch-Cromwell!!! Being a stay at home mom for the first few years made the thought of preschool terrifying! Having someone else look after my son seemed crazy. After touring a few preschools, we decided on Pumpkin Patch! Ms. Christine (director) and Ms. Ashley were a pleasure to meet and seemed so down to earth, you could tell they were genuine people. Our family couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our son has grown in so many ways and is excelling more each day. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Heather have a wonderful working relationship that carries over to their students. I would, and have recommended this preschool to anyone looking for one.

Wonderful staff! The staff were great with my daughter and she looked forward to going to "school" each day. Although she is in the public school now she still talks about Pumpkin Patch, her teachers, and all the friends she made there.
