Staff is rude, car still had dirty marks on it after extreme wash. Says the car wash closes at 9, they must turn the vacuums off at 8pm. Won’t be back.

Best car wash in the area. The monthly membership comes up clutch for me since I don’t have easy water or electric access at home. The guys here are really nice, and I recommend this place! Zach is a really nice guy at this car wash in Cromwell - the best worker they have ??

The carwash that you get is fine. The only problem I have is what you get with the basic wash. We live in Connecticut, you should get an undercarriage wash in the basic to get the salt off.

Awful! First and last time going here!!! Nowhere near worth the $25 for a so-called diamond wash. Left scratches and what I can only imagine is soap scum all over the liftgate of my Jeep and it took an hour to get it cleaned properly, myself! Plus the cost I’ll incur having the scratches buffed out. What a colossal waste of money and my time. Should’ve just done it myself. If you want your car actually clean, I would not recommend this place!! Also there are no directions to use the vacuums. Perhaps its just me but there should at least be an on/off switch or something that clearly shows you how to turn it on!!

I was there last night and might I say, amazing car wash the employee went above and beyond to help with explaining the washes and details. The express car wash did a fantastic job on my car. Would 100% recommend it and will definitely be back again.

Excellent experience at Flash Car Wash in Cromwell, CT! Employees are always so helpful and eager to assist with customers. Detailing service does a wonderful job leaving cars looking brand new. I would definitely recommend Flash Car Wash to anyone looking for an excellent wash or detail!

A friend told me about this car wash and it was an amazing experience, the workers explained the wash’s and details very well, and I was very pleased with how my car turned out. Javier went above and beyond to remove the tree sap off of my car, I’m beyond grateful for his willingness to help me.
