This gym is run by a company that gives zero regard to their employees. They have lost 18 staff in 6 months and most of it was because the current general manager is going to drive that place into the ground. The quality of the gym is based off of who and how it is run. Go anywhere but there.

This facility is an older gym that has seen better days. That being said, let me tell you about the Olympic sized heated pool, flooded with natural light and warmed to a nice 80 degrees. Try to overlook the patched sidewalk and tired interior and focus on the beautiful aqua water and friendly staff. This club features Silver sneakers classes and is a good gym for seniors. My hope is that with increased membership, the new managers will spruce the place up.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone. How you suppose to join a gym when Noone answers the phone

Zero star if possible. The lady on front desk has no answers for anything. I signed up anyways, here we go trouble started right there. After sign up and paid she said we can't give key card to enter the building as our system not working. Also she said she can't give me receipt of my registration as their printer wasn't working. I told her to send email, she tried 5 times but it's been a week I didn't get email. So in short no proof that I am registered. I told her to cancel my membership. Once again she said owner has to do it. I haven't get my refund yet. What a waste of time. Now I will have to fight for my money. Guys never ever go there. This place is not even to look at.

I came to this place 3 times to get a membership...the first time me and my son waited 15 minutes to speak with someone at the front desk...then another 15 minutes for her “manager” because she couldn’t figure out how to sign us up for a membership ?...I spoke to somebody on the phone prior to coming to confirm they have month to month memberships,..they said yes...I get there and she proceeds to tell me it’s 12 month or 24 month only...1 person told me it’s 34.99 for 2 people...she can’t figure out how to sign us up...next person proceeds to tell us it’s $40.00 monthly no month to month...and the 3rd person tells us it’s $60 a month for the 3 of us...lmao what a joke...,don’t waste your time

Dirty gym with some unprofessional employees.I sent an email to cancel my membership because I was moving. They would not process the cancellation and asked for proof that I was moving. Huh? I don't have a contract and I can cancel at any time.I called in and spoke with another employee who processed my request. Thanks Matt!

Kathleen you are bad at your job. I sent an email to cancel my membership because I was moving. Kathleen would not process the cancellation and asked for proof that I was moving. Excuse Me? I don't have a contract and I was told I could cancel at any time. I called in and spoke with an actual professional employee who processed my request. Thanks Matt!

This gym is a shadow of what it used to be when I first joined over 10 years ago: the classes and instructors were excellent, the hours were good, and the gym had a vibrant feeling. Fast forward to today: Things break and are never fixed, the pool has not been opened for 2 or 3 (or more) years, and the bathrooms and locker rooms are disgusting. The instructors are good, but I feel bad for them because their classes are generally empty compared to 10 years ago because the vast majority of people that used to go to the gym have left. If you want a dumpy and dirty gym, with broken equipment and no pool, then this place is okay.

Since I am not a swimmer [Virgo...we don't do that] and the pool has been closed for a long time, this place is just right for me. I have the possibility of using a gym in the retirement community in which I live but this friendly neighborhood place suits me better. I like the mix of age groups and the set of friends I have there. Five mornings a week is my schedule and if I even try to miss a workout day I will get a text from someone in the group wondering where I am.

Have been a Neac member for at least 12-14 years and although there was a business change I believe that Neac has been able to keep the tru belief on. You enjoy classes, ice skating and the use of all the equipment available. They keep it clean and working.

6 reviews 2 minutes ago I joined this gym because it was on my Silver Sneakers list. Talk about a unkept moldy smelling gym to start! The equipment is not safe as I was injured on the reclining leg press when the one lock came undone as I stepped off hurting my right arm. Every other cardio machine is broke and when I reported it they seemed uninterested and a few weeks later they are still broken. My fiancé as well reported it. I had a stalker following me and starring at my butt...well after my fiancé saw him starting for several minutes doing this and seeing I was feeling creeped out my fiancé said something to him and this stalker said he wasn't!!! The stalker reported my fiancé and management said the stalker was a 20 year member and they never had a issue with him! LOL so this means he's not a creep and a stalker???? The end results are we were asked not to return to this gym, that's fine with us as the few weeks there was nothing but a BAD EXPERIENCE AND NOT A PROFESSIONAL STAFF TO SAY THE LEAST!

This is the gym you go to if you don't want to be seen. Seriously. If you are hiding out and don't want to see anyone else, then this is the gym for you. The spin bikes are dangerously bad (they are the type you use at home, not at a commercial gym and they haven't been serviced..... ever). The class I took was okay, but not remotely memorable (its $5 for a drop in class).

Definitely not as bad as people are saying. Small good gym if you're not into meatheads or extreme training while your working out. I sent my 13 year old here to work out in a nice environment and it was overall quiet and had a nice chill vibe. The selection is mediocre at best with a variety of machines.

My daughter play hockey and we joined to do something while she is at practice. The place needs some updates but overall is nice due the light traffic in the gym.

I have never submit a review of any kind but my experience was so horrible, I thought it was necessary. The current Facilities/Gym Manager, Jaime is in short, incompetent. I left voicemails for her for over a week and she would not return my call. I had to physically go to the gym, in-person to speak with her to get an update on my account. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No resolution, or apology for not returning my 5+ calls to her. If the Owners care at all about the reputation of their establishment, they should strongly consider finding a replacement for her. The way she interacts with customers is laughable. I will never use this gym again and will tell everyone I know about how negative my experience has been.
