“The site malfunctioned saying we'd get the mattress on some other day instead of Saturday (today, the day I picked) and they didn't tell me this in an email or anything, it was forever saying pending and I wasn't told anything. We talked to Lori in person and she fixed it so we are getting it next Saturday so thank you, Lori. It was hilarious, she said she's never seen the site do this before, never had a problem like this. We assumed it glitched from Labor Day but anyway, so happy this is dealt with before worrying and wondering all day today if it's coming. Again, thanks Lori!”

“Have dealt with bedding barn before and when I did, I promised when I needed a mattress I would come back! And for good reason! Paul was animated and kind and funny, and was very patient as I tested almost every mattress in the building! I like to sleep hard my husband doesn't so we really needed to come up with a solution to satisfy both of us. So after a couple hours of my husband and I laying on the beds, we agreed that the Celeste was the best!You just don't get customer service like this anymore! It's almost scary when you're actually having conversations with real people anymore because everything is done online.
