Samsung requires an additional piece that plugs into usb-c slot to use headphones so that was the first thing they didn't have, next was a usb-c wall charger longer than 3 feet. They only had 3ft... i.e. 1 meter.
I had them put my new screen protector on but it wasn't done well and the next day 2 of the corners were already lifting up!
They were very pleasant”

He was extremely patient with us as one of my daughter’s phones was not updated properly. I give him a lot of credit putting up with us, he stayed past closing to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. My youngest kept him very amused. Thank you Will for being so kind and patient with us. If we need anything else we will come visit you in your home store in Cromwell!”

Besides everything, they even gave us water ? to drink. and they didn't take long with respect even though we arrived late thank you why many stores vote you for a place but there always with Respect blessings never change the best employees.”
“Of course service is going to be slow because you keep yelling at every employee and never set an appointment, I always set an appointment to be in & out asap. It works. Spread kindness and if you have something bad to say because of your impatience then you can move on. I had a good experience here, young employee helped me with my bill problems. Remember if you can’t find your cup of tea there then you can always settle for the next one, your kids will see your nasty reviews I hope you keep that in mind as well.”

I was disappointed to find that there were no offers or incentives available to me as a long-time Verizon customer and older retiree (even my old phone was ineligible for a trade-in rebate). In addition, while I didn't know it at the time, I was given inaccurate information in a chat on the Verizon site prior to going to pick up my phone. Not exactly a happy customer. All that changed when I got to the WestFarms Mall store. Everyone greeted me warmly and got right to work assisting me with setup. Adriana and Manny were especially friendly and accommodating, making sure that setup went smoothly. Adriana patiently completed data transfer while I waited. They set a good example -- and earned my 5 star rating -- for Verizon, the company, of positive customer service.”
“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

“I visited the Verizon store on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT and was very fortunate to have Leticia assist me as she usually spends more time at the Verizon store at Westfarms. She was great! She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in an efficient manner. My new Verizon iphone that I purchased online would not operate properly as the sim card that it came with did not function and I needed a new one. Leticia patiently and efficiently diagnosed the issue and resolved it. She worked with my for about 45 minutes to make sure all issues were resolved. Now that is excellent customer service! Very patient polite and provide exceptional customer service. I originally set up my account at the cottage Grove Rd Bloomfield location and they were not helpful at all and didn't even answer their phone they rushed me out cause it was almost closing time didn't provide a charger for my phone which should have been included and they just rushed my transaction without giving me the proper links etc. So I called the new Britain location and Jesse helped with all my issues. Great employee!”
