I have been here twice now looking for a drawer pull for an antique desk. Both times the person waiting on me went above and beyond to help me. My experience really made me appreciate how fortunate we are in CT to still have these older small factories. Never would have expected to find it deep in a residential area of Cromwell.

5 stars is an injustice. They deserve more. Was trying to find several Hepplewhite drawer pull handles for 88 yr old mother-in-law's Huntley dresser and and chest of drawers. Needed 2 different bail designs, originals over 100 years old. Near impossible to find the bails and those I saw were poor condition plus $$$$. Figured handles alone weren't available. WRONG. Found Horton by searching and said a prayer then e-mailed them to ask. Got a reply in 36 hours. Handles only were available, and the rep even provided the direct link! Bought several in two different finishes immediately. Great price, fast ship, excellent communication on order processing. PERFECT matches. Best of all, the look I got after install. I only regret not buying some spares. Bookmarked Horton as a favorite. WELL DONE folks, VERY well done. Thank you so much!!

Purchase several Chippendale brass pulls after scouring the internet for them. They had the smaller sizes I needed, and I was excited to see they were local to CT where I live. Great customer service, they always got back in touch within the hour during the business day! 2 of the pulls below are the new ones, they blend in great!

My father-in-law told me about Horton Brasses a long time ago, and I've been purchasing knobs, hinges, and latches on and off for years. Whether it's been tiny, antique-brass knobs for an old desk, or dark-antique knobs and hinges for a new-old kitchen, Horton's colors and styles have been perfect. Both the quality of Horton Brasses products and customer service are top-notch. I wouldn't buy any other manufacturer's hardware.

This is how companies should be run. VERY good quality hardware. Incredible customer service with great advice and insight. I had been buying ornamental hardware from one of the big chain Wood working places. Not anymore. I still like that shop, but Horton hardware is: Quality is better Prices are equal or better Keeping the smaller shops in business, as it should be. Thanks Horton!

The quality of the hardware is excellent - and after you have put in all that effort on your project, you probably won't be happy with "big box store" hardware. What's more impressive, however, is the follow up and support. Orders come in quickly and they follow up with an email a few weeks later.

After trying a handful of different hardware companies I know these guys are the best! You can tell this is a small company that cares about clients, even if it's a small purchase. They typically send the product the same day I order. The staff is great to work with anytime I have questions. They are enjoyable to talk to and go out of the way to help clients figure out what they need and get it to them quickly. I typically order hinges for furniture I make and everything I've received from them is top quality. They also offer numerous finishes to give options for different pieces. I strongly recommend Horton Brasses to anyone looking for quality hardware.

I am so impressed with Horton brass, and specifically Orion Henderson. I have used their products for a few years now always with excellent results. As a business owner I deal with suppliers everyday. On a recent kitchen cabinet job I had an owner (against my advice) insist we use hinges from Rejuvenation. After a month of waiting for hinges and a few emails, I was told the remaining hinges would be shipped in 6 months. A phone call and 5 minutes later, Orion at Horton Brass processed my order . Better Hinges Shipped that same day. when I compared the two hinges, Horton was a superior product. Horton supplied Phillips head screws also, which is a big deal (you have the option for slotted). If you are in the market for high end brass hardware or hinges, Horton is the one to use.
