I will never ever go back to this CVS again. I experienced the worst customer service. I went in to the pharmacy consultation window to ask for help regarding an OTC item I needed help finding. The whole pharmacy ignored me. The cashier finally came to the window after I waited 10 minutes and when I asked him for help, he blew me off. I went to Stop and Shop and their pharmacy was extremely helpful.

This is my go to CVS and I have always had decent service. But I was in there last night and walked up to the register to pay for my item. There were two cashiers behind the counter just finishing up with customers. They both walked away after clearly seeing me. I waited a minute and an elderly lady walked up behind me. We both waited while the one cashier was unloading some items onto a shelf behind the counter. Finally the lady behind me said to her "are you the cashier?" I was blown away by the cashiers response "yes but you're just going to have to wait a minute" Really? We've already been waiting and watching you stock the shelf when you clearly saw us. If you can't be friendly and treat your customers nicely then get another job!

So if you like to be treated rudely by the cashiers then this is your store. They're are willing to let you know just how unhappy they are to assist you. On this particular visit there were a couple people waiting for flu shots and 1 or 2 people behind me to get their prescriptions, the pharmacy Tech was so loud she made sure the people in the front of the store knew my name, address and date of birth only to say they didn't have my prescription which again for all to that it was not in stock . I really go out my to avoid having to shop here.

We started using this pharmacy for many reasons. After 1 year of trying very hard to stay patient, we contacted corporate. They responded with a sense of urgency and reassured us that they were making SEVERAL changes and we would see a significant difference over the next month. We did and things were going well for approximately 6 months. Without going into too much detail, we take over 25 tablets a day due to a serious condition. This condition requires the medication be filled on time and not a week after we have run out. This CVS has caused a couple of trips to the ER over the course of 1 year and one excuse after another as to why the medications are not filled on time. This company bought a health insurance company, how in the world is this even possible when they are jeopardizing people's lives? We will not fall victim to just walking away and going to another pharmacy. They owe it to their customers to provide quality care not just as a pharmacy but a health insurance company and we will not stand for this anymore. We are reaching out to the State of CT to make them aware of this stores issues asap. In the meantime, we would highly recommend you check you medications for accuracy and count your tablets as well. Also be sure you stay on top of them to fill your scripts on time.

My preferred pharmacy. The staff is kind and helpful as well as willing to answer any and all questions. In addition it is an excellent CVS in general just for picking up a few home necessities in a pinch.

This pharmacy is horrible waited two half hrs last night my husband got text Sept 26 yest was Nov 9 two texts second saying ready that mon. There was nothing there it's his diabetes meds plus they owed him 30 from previous fill Jeffrey the clerk said needed drs approval there were no refills. Why two weeks to teach Dr an angry disgusted customer had to change from Walmart because of I s never had problems there always a problem here should be closed down gave my sister wrong scrip today wrong name n BD on it bad bad bad going to use the mail wake up corporate your pharmacy's are in trouble Berlin CT Farmington Ave sane thing giving out wrong meds time to do something or you'll be loosing your shirts if someone takes wrong meds B True only hitting star or it won't post

I experienced such unprofessional customer service today at this cvs. I went to refill a script and ask if it would be ready later in the day. The answer was sure. Gave my name birthdate and had my refill info. Came back later in day no one can even find my script. The employee went home and no one knew anything. Another employee said they would refill the script. Waited for the script however could not give it to my because it was under a different name and birthdate. I have had other issue with this pharmacy but chalked to up to bad days. However this is it. This pharmacy is dangerous. I was forced to go to CVS due to insurance chgs. I'm contacting my ins co. To see if I could go back to Walgreens my previous pharmacy, no problems their staff very helpful and professional.

This pharmacy is no good, I have to send my script there 3 times before they let me pick it up my doctor is getting tired of having to constantly resend it when it should of been received the first time, there really slow and they all have an attitude, when I went to stop and shops pharmacy they were always speedy, same with expect discounts, also Big K mart.
