8/29/24 8:45pm I put my stuff down and cashier man made grunting noise as if I was inconveniencing him with my mere presence then when I said thank you he said yup in a very angry tone. His demeanour was very off-putting and made me very uncomfortable like how dare I put my milk on the counter in this holy castle known as Cumberland Farm.

So ...I'm putting this up just recently because of their lack of notifying customers. Apparently they are SUPPOSED to be 24 Hours ..... TWICE now, going to the store at around 2am/3am, on break from FedEx around the corner. This Cumberlands is only 7 minutes, versus the 15 minutes to Meriden.... TWICE now, I've gotten out of the car, to find the parking lot EMPTY, ALL lights on in the building "as if Open" and to find the doors COMPLETELY locked!! No sign on the door, no update, NO NOTICE!!... UTTER unprofessional... Absolutely unprofessional. They where 24 hours, no issues, nothing... then I guess, randomly no one decided to come to work Apparently or let customers know that they'll leave the building looking like they are open but... lock the doors and be an empty building...I went down the mobile down the road, and the cashier (very nice man) said they OPENED back up, recently and where supposed to be 24 hours. He also said the Burger King too, is SUPPOSED to be opened till 3am. Upon looking across the street, same situation, all lights, no people. Either change your hours online, or find out where all these workers are?!

I stopped there for gas and it was much lower priced than Bloomfield at about 30 cents per gallon lower. I didn't go in side, but I see they have a membership that gets you an additional 10 cents per gallon lower price.

This is my hometown Cumbys I come here every day. Alyssa, Gralyn, Cassie, Lucy all my favorites super friendly everyone loves them. Great crew always friendly and super helpful.

Really unhappy with this gas station. It use to be great years ago. My credit card never works in the machine and I was told this happens all the time to multiple people. I always end up going to another gas station to fill up. Time to update the card readers because they are definitely losing business every minute of the day. Theres no option to tap and the card just gets stuck in the reader so I just cancel and go elsewhere.

This place is the only Cumberland Farms that never has there f"real machine up and running there is always always a out of order sign on it..reason they say oh people put the cup on the machine and it's to frozen do it breaks the machine hello ever think of maybe checking the temp you have it on..Literally told me if I rolled out around in my hands to soften it up the one time it did run I was buying 4 n they frozen sold, seriously warm then up with my hands st 4 dollars a smoothy ya think they would have figured this thing out by now specially someone like me who buys then at least 3x a well i go over to Rocky hill where outs clean and always available...

This Cumberland Farms is one of the best around. Primarily for their exceptional customer service. They have the most happy and courteous employees at this location.I mainly go here for the wide assortment of hot and iced coffee and other beverages like slushies for the kids.They have 12 pumping stations, they exchange propane tanks, and are easy to pull into and out of, with a dedicated traffic light.
