11/4/20 $607.93 for a new radiator and 1/26/21 275.40 for a new thermostat the mechanic broke a screw into the thermostat and charged me $53 because he broke it !!! NOW five months later the thermostat and my car is sky high and they refused to fix it!!!I spent a total of 883.33 ?Service: Engine repair

Scheduled AC compressor work and got notified at the last hour that mechanic is out towing and can’t make it back in time for my appointment and was notified at the 11th hour. Scheduled an oil change two weeks ago and showed up and the place was closed, no one called me to tell me the mechanic went home early. Then was suppose to go in today to get my thermostat changed (half hour job) and was told mechanic is out towing until the end of his shift/only have one mechanic and he can’t work outside of his normal hours as it is overtime. I was not notified and only found out because I reached out to confirm coming in for a thermostats change as I was driving to my appointment. Poor communication and service.

I was on my way home on I-91 South from Hartford and had another 45 minutes to go. My service light came on to check my tires. One of my tires was at 20. By the time the next exit came (Ex. 21 as I saw a sign saying there was gas at that exit), I took it; by that time the tire was at 16.

Minor emergency totally solved in 20 minutes... and for $45.. Punctured rear tire on my truck, secondary to belt separation. Can't just plug that up unfortunately (at least not safely), so the tire absolutely had to be replaced. Fortunately, a decent used tire of the same size for $25 and $18 in labor got me rolling again. And believe me when I say Ron took his time to do this right... Ground off all the old crusty stuff on the rim with the angle grinder, new valve stem, proper balancing. He even said he'd keep its pair aside for me if I wanted to do the other rear tire later in the week. Makes sense - would provide me with an old spare, and at least have matching tires front and rear. I've driven by it perhaps 1000 times, and never thought to go there. They service larger commercial vehicles too, so they may have just founs themselves a new regular customer...

For a quick fix, they took me in immediately, were friendly, and had good rates. I've been there before for bigger issues and they were friendly then, quick, and fairly priced.

Took my GMC Envoy with a air conditioner problem and they recharged it and checked for leaks and its been great ever since, also installed a new muffler. GREAT Job. They do good work for a reasonable price. Thanks Frank
