Had an amazing time working with Mr. Dan Balboni on customizing my engagement ring. We had the original diamonds needed new setting. He took his time to explain all the steps of this project so we could understand everything that was going to be done. He communicated with me numerous times explaining details that I didn't understand. Dan made sure I was understanding by just drawing pictures if need be. I would highly recommend his 30+ yrs of knowledge in the gem and jewelry industries. My final design came out more beautiful than I had imagined. Thanks for your time and effort Mr. Balboni for all your had work that you did during this process.

I walked in with an idea and walked out with a beautifully designed November birthstone ring. Dan was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I wasn't rushed and he listened to my numerous questions and answered each and every one. When my ring was completed, I was thrilled with the end result! I'm a customer for life. UPDATE: I have since gotten gold hoop earrings and a gold bangle from Balboni Custom Jeweler, LLC. Excellent quality! I have my eye on a few other pieces. This is a great place for all jewelry purchases!

Despite the pandemic Dan was awesome! Worked really hard to get the custom piece exactly how I wanted it. 24K bar necklace with diamonds and my children’s names engraved into it. Gift for my wife for our anniversary/Mother’s Day. Would recommend Dan’s work to anyone! Happy customer :)

Dan is the best. I asked him to give my engagement ring a new setting and challenged him to find two rare cut diamonds to add as accents. I didn't realize how difficult this task would be. Dan took on the challenge and really delivered. He found stunning diamonds that fit the design we created. With the new setting, the ring exceeds my expectations. It's really beautiful! And throughout the process, even though it took longer than expected (totally understandable), he kept me in the loop and I felt I could trust him the entire time. He has great customer service and a passion for what he does! I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Dan Balboni has done it again! He designed and produced the MOST beautiful necklace to match my lovely ring (which he designed last year!). Excellent Quality! Excellent Service! My husband and I were looking to redesign my wedding ring. We met Dan after searching online for custom jewelry. We were not sure what to expect, as we had never purchased a custom piece of jewelry. We met him at his office and shared our design ideas. He was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the conversation and he was extremely helpful. He was very clear in his explanation of the process and we felt his pricing was reasonable. We are so pleased with the final product!
