The pharmacy is "Temporarily Closed", yet AGAIN, this time "due to an emergency". This has become a trend at this location. Upon calling the store Manager, I was told I could transfer my and my son's meds to another Walgreens to pick up today, only NOT ALL MEDS ARE TRANSFERRABLE....and this location is closest to my home, I shouldn't have to drive to a WHOLE OTHER TOWN to pick up my meds because their Pharmacists aren't reliable/dependable and they dont have a Pharmacist scheduled to be on-call!!!!!

The pharmacy is “temporarily closed” regularly - they must have staffing issues and can’t keep the pharmacy open regular hours. Nearly every month I have a problem picking up my prescriptions because of random closures. Pharmacists also cannot figure out how to locate my prescriptions that are on hold each month and tell me I don’t have any and that I need to call my doctor. Every time I call my doctor I’m told the prescription is on hold at the pharmacy and that the pharmacist is looking in the wrong place for it. I’ve been using the pharmacy here for years but it’s getting to be way too much of a hassle.

The pharmacy hours are ridiculous. I’m all for lunch breaks and work life balance. But this is retail. They need to hire someone for weekends. Not everyone can make it in such limited time frames. And I get it. So no more of my business will be at this location.

Everyone here was just kind of...rude. there was an older lady in front of us trying to use her OTC card, and the cashier just kept making her feel stupid because the card wasn't working correctly. The older woman repeated herself several times (after everytime she was asked) that she had, in fact, used it here before. Turns out the cashier just didn't hit the payment button. She spent 15 min arguing with this older lady about how the card was wrong, she was at the wrong store, etc, instead of just calling for help.

I usually shop here because the store is so well kept and clean but was surprised today to see a young man blithely shopping with no mask on. He was making the full trip too, not just running in for one item. When I asked at the pharmacy if this was common I was told 'we put up signs but can't enforce non-compliance'. Sadly, Walgreen's has to pay the price for people who don't care about the health of others, but I find letting people shop in a pharmacy (where it stands to reason that sick and compromised people would probably need to shop) with no masks or social distancing is just too irresponsible for me to feel comfortable. Stores that provide needed medications and supplies to our most vulnerable members of society really should hold themselves to a higher standard.

Tried to use the FedEx drop off feature. I had a large package but it was within weight limits listed on website "packages must weigh less than 55 lbs" - woman absolutely refused to take the package without even verifying the weight and simply said "no we don't take packages over 50lbs". Completely not helpful.
