The staff always went above and beyond to help me in multiple ways; once I had low tire pressure in my trailer tire and Brian spent at least an hour with me helping me locate an air compressor. I think he would have given me the shirt off his back if I had asked! They always returned my phone calls promptly and did anything they could to help. Highly recommend.”
“I’ve been renting from extra space storage in Tolland for over two years. Until today the experience has been very poor. The manager that just started on Monday is very useful she’s keeping the property 10,000 times cleaner and is fixing everything that is broken on the property. I was going to switch storage companies but the new manager rectified all of the issues I’ve had with this company within the half an hour I talked to her. Prior to the new manager if I could have rated this place a zero, I would have. However, if the manager can keep up what she has been doing I think we’re at a solid four out of five.”
