I should have read all these awful reviews !Alan Moore helped me and I was foolish and fell for his convincing customer service He gave me a 3-day Window and then ALL communication ended I called repeatedly as I was moving from PCB Florida to Phoenix Arizona for a new job , no return calls and given the run around When I finally spoke to the "actual moving company " Nick told me the fine print allows up to 30 days to deliver. I was quoted $4819 based on an inventory I covered 3 x yet when the movers arrived it was almost $2000 more I have not heard from anyone until today and I heard from the driver saying they would be here tomorrow and started adding "fees" to what I owe.It's been incredibly stressful with no communication unless initiated by me.When I move back to Texas - I will definitely use an actual mover and NOT a broker whose dishonest , full of false promises and has zero communication skills.”

The owners have locks to purchase on the premises and advised me to put dryer sheets around my unit to prevent mice. Very polite and professional. I have stored lots of furniture, clothing and even a mattress with no apparent damage for at least two years there. Fair prices and friendly service.”

I got several quotes for moving it, and because of the reviews of this company, I decided to email with specific questions to see if it was worth getting a free one vs finding one for sale. Rich emailed promptly and welcomed my questions and even offered to answer them more in depth in person at his workshop. We went and his expertise was so impressive! We learned so much, I am grateful I did not follow through with the free one, and my perfect piano happened to be there waiting for me! I did not feel pressured to buy it at all, but felt confident that it was the piano for me. He made sure it was in perfect condition before delivering it, and he and his team were so amazing moving it into my house as if it weighed nothing. I've had it for a couple of months now and feel like I got a great deal on a piano that brings me so much joy. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this company and decided to email. I will recommend them to anyone and will for sure be using them for any tuning and servicing.”
