Terrible customer service I’ve been telling them for a week I’m going to check out a car and put a deposit down. I leave 4 hour away from my house heavy traffic they can’t stay an extra 10 mins for me to check out the car especially when I’m traveling so far! You do the right thing by buyer and you won’t have an issue but this right here I will never ever buy a car from you guys! Wasted my time.

We’ve all heard the sarcasm against small used car lots like these. Sometimes I’ve been the one spouting it! But my experience with Coventry was superb from start to finish; they’re something special. Scott took great care of me, despite my not buying something more upscale like a Porsche, BMW, or Benz. He answered all of my many questions. Took pics and videos so that I knew what I would get once the car was shipped to me. He communicated with the owners of this one owner car for anything he couldn’t get on his own. The shop agreed to take care of items like replacing very old tires and getting me started right with an oil and filter change. They even helped me arrange shipping and stayed late to get my new car on the carrier so that I could receive it on the 4th of July. I can’t say enough about this shop and Scott. Top notch. Fair. Honest. Friendly. Everything was easy. And…they had a sense of humor (and got mine!).

I bought a beautiful 2008 Boxster Spyder and dealt with Scott. It was a great experience, the car is gorgeous, running beautifully, and I appreciate the communication, and personal service, I highly recommend them!

I have bought a couple cars from CMC over the years. Scott is a great salesman, easy to work with, made the sales process seamless. Elder and the technicians are great and easy to work on maintenance and repairs.

I came in a couple of months ago to test drive a few cars. I spoke with and met Scott who is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He is not your typical pushy salesperson and allowed me to take my time looking at and driving each vehicle. Every car on his lot was super clean and well taken care of.
I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Coventry Motorcar, only because I found the spec I was really looking for out of state. When my new Audi is in need of service or repairs, I would not hesitate to come here and work with this team again.

Purchased a 2005 Audi S4 with low miles from Scott. He was very attentive to any request and or questions I had. Ater a deposit, we did an extensive appraisal with a certification and review with an experienced mechanic, which was encouraged by Scott. Never did I feel pressured or rushed in my decision. I plan on using their mechanics when need maintenance and repairs.

I towed my car to this shop after first towing it to the Audi dealer in Hartford. Audi quoted me 8k for a new clutch without even looking at my car - long story short- Helder fit me in and said I only needed a slave cylinder and starter. They are honest and have great business practices. I’m happy to have found somewhere I can trust.

Can’t say enough about my car buying experience with Coventry! I found the car I wanted on their site, spoke with Scott who was a true hassle-free gentleman. He sent me many extra pictures of the car, both inside, out and full undercarriage. He also had the car taken to a Chevy dealer who went over the car front to rear. It was is indeed, in superb condition!We struck a deal, and me being in California and not coming east for three weeks, they stored the car for me, detailed and serviced it. Upon arrival, I found the car to be far and away BETTER than I had expected!I highly recommend Coventry to anyone looking for a car. Scott was a pleasure to deal with and also sent me pictures of my car as the weeks ticked by ever so slowly to the day I would arrive there. Great Dealership! Great people!

Although not my first time buying out of state, it was my first time trading a car out of state and quite the distance. Scott is the best and great to work with. He will get you any pics or videos and answer any questions you have on a car. He kept me updated on everything throughout the process, this is not a franchise dealer and it shows. After my experience with Coventry I don’t ever want to deal with any commercial dealerships, Scott was very personable and I am glad I was able to do business with them. Thank you guys again!

Years ago, I purchased an Audi A6. The experience was easy from start to finish.Maybe a week or so after I bought the car, check engine light came on. It ran fine..it wasn't like I was stranded. It happens. It's a used car. Called them up and dropped it off.Within a day or two it was ready. Couple weeks go by and I noticed the check engine light no longer lights up at all. For those who don't know, the check engine light and all the other warning lights are supposed to light up during a quick self-check on every vehicles startup. I have my own small OBD scanner and plugged it in and there was communication to the engine computer and there were stored codes but no light on the dash.I was a young kid at the time and really didn't know how to go about this so I just let it go. They were secondary air pump codes for emissions purposes and I really didn't put the connection at the time because I was young that not having that light turn on during the self check will actually cause me to fail emissions immediately before its even tested.The business may not have even known about this. I don't know but the tech that worked on the car made the conscious decision to pull the bulb rather than actually correct the problem.
