The employees at the Coventry store are rude... unprofessional... especially the young boy and the weekend worker Lisa is extremely mean and talks down to many customers I would never recommend this store to anyone

The woman that the manager there was mean told me to never come back at the ga station because they think I’ve been bothering people for stuff but I haven’t I’ve mind my own business sitting at the bench enjoying the weather so I’m trying Find out if I can go back there and give them business but right now I’m not giving them business because they are rude. They need new management there

Very nice and sweet. Erika is very sweet and helpful. she always answers my questions with a smile on her face. She even cracked some jokes that had me laughing all the way home. very good with customers and cleanliness

Train your employees to understand that the customer has other options on where they spend their hard earned dollars...Less indifference (say hello, make eye contact, at least be polite) to those who choose to spend it at your store.

This is the busiest gas station, there aren't any others in a 5 mile radius, yet there are only four pumps. The owners must be really lazy, because this business could be expanding, however instead it is a worthless and run down place. Parking lot, inisde, gas pumps, they are all terrible.
