I have been to this place many times and I have read the reviews, which are divided between good and bad. I think I know why. The old man who runs this place is terrible - rude, sullen, unhelpful, etc. The younger helpers are fine. I have had to deal with the old guy too many times. This place is close to my home, but I will start driving for a few miles to avoid having to deal with him.

charisma transplant needed omg, going here is just awful. i've been a customer for 20 yrs and the treatment is cold, abrupt, unfriendly. it almost appears that they simply don't care. they are competent, but dont' expect to be treated in a friendly manner

Imagine you're watching a movie where the protagonists walk into a local establishment and the proprietors silently, sullenly glare at them, and you know that they're in trouble. That's what it's like going into Packages Plus and More. Unfriendly, unhelpful and they act like they pretty much hate everyone. I've been in there a couple times trying to give them a chance because I like local businesses, but I don't think I'll be going back. Ever.

Sent a complicated shipping to South America. Packages Plus looked up detailed customs information, answered all questioned, spent time searching for local information about arrival in Chile, how long to get to a remote area, other options, etc. Packed everything and filled out all the paperwork for me. I felt totally secure that my shipment went out as well as could be.

On reading some of the other reviews I have to comment that although these guys are not the most alive bunch they are all business and have been very helpful to me. Don't go there looking for conversation or any anything foo foo. It's a mail delivery place. I have had way better service here than any UPS store or even the USPS. Maybe it's the line of business but I haven't met too many packaging or mail people that are full of fanfare. It's a business that gets the job done and quick. I'm in and out in a few minutes and I have gone there with some very interesting items to return with no box or bag.

Great little spot to handle all your shipping needs especially during the holidays when the post office is a nightmare. They have all 3 major carriers UPS/FedEx/DHL. I always pay a little extra for the fragile stuff and have expert packers handle that for me.
