Was not informed that my home insurance premium increased by >50% w/o a reason. Was able to secure a policy 60% cheaper with another insurance carrier. Karl Dale employees were not responsive - did not respond to my emails. Stay away.

Karl Dale and Jennifer Hall, local insurance agents in Greenwich, CT did, and are continuing to do, an outstanding job for my family.They listened carefully to my insurance needs and put together great auto and umbrella liability policies that saved me a ton of money while exceeding the coverages I had before with GEICO.It doesn’t get much better than that.I whole heartedly recommend Karl and Jennifer to my friends, colleagues and family.

I had a very good experience with this agent until we parted ways and wanted others to have more information before deciding on other reviews like I had done.The agent here has been sympathetic and accommodating for years but when the premium rose more than 50% we were paying initially (with no accidents even), I knew it was time to start looking. I let them know the reason for my wanting to change was based on the premium and not their service. They made the process so unprofessional and difficult. In short, they stopped returning my phone calls or email requests and did not make any effort to solve our issue with cancelling our policy or the refund (for months!). I created a complaint with AllState, and I hope that plus this review will help them treat their clients more fairly, because my numerous attempts to resolve the issue with them unfortunately did not.

All state is a great insurance company I use to be struggling with making payments with other companies I even badly treated with another company they even throw me off their account because I was misinformed and wasn't ask or told certain things that they should have told or ask me but Mr Karl Dale explained to me perfectly before I signed the contract like I said keep up the great work Karl Dale you're awesome.

I would highly recommend Karl Dale at Allstate Insurance in Cos Cob. He is the consummate professional - responsive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. At one point I left Allstate for another company, but after dealing with customer service, recognized quickly what sets Karl and his office staff apart from others. I highly recommend Karl Dale at Allstate in Cos Cob!
