Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The staff is super amazing. I moved from Texas to here in Willimantic, CT and the staff went above and beyond to help me and family and would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Initial rental was relatively easy but appn returning the manager did not have best attitude, while yes the fuel was recorded as 15/16 in reality it was just under 3/4 and we showed him pictures and he said the pictures did not matter until we pointed out the pics had a time stamp and showed milage of when we picked up and dropped off the Truck. The fuel charge he said was about $26 until we pointed out the fact that we had pictures..

Ordered a hitch in April for my car now it's almost July still not in. They say it's due to covid but it changed our summer plans.We have rented moving truck with no problem.
