Lost my Chromebook charger and immediately thought of this business - I hadn't been here for about 10 years - but from my memory the owner was always very kind - helped my family fix a few computers and when I got a refurbished lenovo that was about 3 years old from them back in 2012 it worked fantastic for years - lasted me until about 2020! They do honest work at a very reasonable price and supporting a local business - its a win win.
The charger they sold me today works well at an affordable price. Thank you!!

Kennedy Computer Exchange has been my go to computer place for years. The staff is always very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. I recently purchased a refurbished laptop and dock from them for a great price and they had it ready for me very quickly. I am definitely glad to have such a helpful small business in the community!

I had the need for service on my computer. We called Brian at Kennedy Exchange. I dropped the computer off at 1PM and it was repaired and back at my desk by 4PM the same day. 3 repair shops refused to even try to clean up a paper jam on my 4 yr old Canon MG5320 printer because of it's age and complexity. I then saw some positive reviews for Kennedy Exchange in Columbia on an on-line neighborhood site so I brought it to them expecting to hear a "no" from them also. 4 days later it is fixed and working, AND at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Kennedy Exchange.
