I was told I would receive three free oil changes for my new F250. I requested full synthetic oil while expecting to pay the difference between the blended and full synthetic oil. I was charged the full amount of the Synthetic oil. That is poor business practice in my opinion.

Excellent sales and service department staff. Competitive pricing. Andy and Nicole were a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the Mustang I purchased began having issues that three separate Ford dealers were unable to diagnose. The noise and rattle at certain speeds was intolerable that I sold it at the first opportunity. I will never buy another Ford again because Ford service departments are a joke

Cant recommend this dealership. They used shady practices to sell me a truck that ended up being a complete POS. Truck needed a transmission and both turbos (ecoboost f150) less than 6 months after buying it. Best thing that happened with the truck is when i sold it and got a Chevy! If you want honest and trustworthy salesman take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Cody was Excellent, very knowledgeable and took the extra time to help us through the process. We needed a vehicle the required room for 2 individuals sized 6'9"and 6', a new born and 2 bulldogs dogs. We settled on the Seltos for reason we were not expecting to play an important roll that i have tried type out and erased 3 times because its too complex to explain. The Niro and Sportage athough spacious did not function the same as the Seltos and we are 100% happy with our decision.Cory was diligent on ensuring all my questions were answered even when he was not at the facility. We were able to work a deal out in just 2 days and got everything sorted quickly, but we did not feel pressured in anyway and it allowed us to make the purchase when we were ready. Very smooth Trasaction.

UPDATE: 3 and a half months later and still have not had my key replaced. I have spoken to the service group a total of 16 times since April 11th, most of which have been me calling them. Last week they finally told me to bring the car in today, Monday the 29th. They did not specify a time and I agreed. At 9:45 this morning I received a call saying that I was late and missed my appointment. The next nearest time is August 7th. I will count myself lucky if I have my key replaced on that day.
Two months ago I brought my car in for service. When picking my car up, The backup physical key in my key fob was missing. After some back and forth with one of the service members, they agreed to replace the key. After making me bring in my car title, registration, insurance, and driver's license to prove ownership of the car, they promised I would hear back from them "soon." That was the end of April. Since then, I have called asking for status on the replacement, but have not been able to get a straight answer out of them. It feels like I have been brushed aside and that they are hoping I'll just go away.

Columbia Ford is friendly and honest, if I had a question they would be honest and not try to upsell anything. One of the best dealerships in Ct In my opinion. Mr. Primeaux is very knowledgeable and very helpful, if he didn’t know the answer he would fined one. He was not pushy or assertive instead he was considerate and mindful. Thank you Columbia Ford!
