Dean from NETS was an extreme professional that I highly recommend to anyone in need of a TV repair. I had a Sony OLED with a failed display. Dean came the day after I called and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately the part that failed was not available, so he was able to give me all of the information that I needed to navigate through the process with Sony and remedy my situation. He really went the extra mile for me. I now only have one TV repair company saved on my phone. Thank you Dean!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Dean and his team are outstanding! It is very apparent that they truly are partners who want to help you and are not in it for the quick buck. Dean is very responsive and knowledgeable. After successfully installing a new mother board, unfortunately our display image was the next to go a couple of months later. Dean returned and agreed to take the TV back to the shop for further diagnostics on his own dime. After continued troubleshooting and contacting the manufacturer to confirm his findings, it was concluded that the TV needed to be replaced. At this point Dean was kind enough to open a service ticket with the manufacturer and guide me through processing a claim, to the point where he even took pictures of the TV artifacts and submitted them on my behalf over Thanksgiving weekend. In the end, it is because of how Dean and his team went above and beyond to help me that the manufacturer offered a deep discount on a new TV.

Warranty company sent Dean to diagnose/repair my TV. He called ahead, arrived on time the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem. Dean is a professional! He know's electronics, and since my TV could not be repaired, he sent in an invoice to my TV company for a new one! He even volunteered to dispose of my old TV!I highly recommend New England Television Service and Dean for all your TV and electronic needs. I would hire him without reservation.Greg

To start, let me say that Dean and Jerry at NETV worked wonders repairing and setting up my older projection TV. They are the best! You could not find a more professional and expert source for TV repair. I would give them 6 stars if I could!So, what is my story. My Mitsubishi DLP TV stopped working. I called Dean at NETV and he send Jerry and his Team over to look at it. Well, they had to take it back to the shop to evaluate and repair. I was concerned that I might be looking at having to replace it with a new one. ($$$).Well, before I knew it, Jerry's Team was back and after re-calibration on site, I now once again have my Mitsubishi working and the picture is better than it has ever been! Good as new. Solely due to the technical expertise of everyone at NETV.A big thanks to Dean and Jerry's Team!

We had our Tv go dark and we put a call in due to an extended warranty. We got a call from Dean we was friendly and extremely helpful. He took a look and determine that it was the screen. He did what he could. But it was un repairable. He gave all the information to the company that we have the warranty with and made,sure that a new TV will be sent out. This was great service. I will be keeping them as my go to for all my Tv needs. Thank you AgainPastor Bryant

Dean came HIGHLY recommended from a friend who had a whole man-cave, home theater setup installed. I needed some AV work done (extended home wifi/satellite music), & and could NOT be happier with the results!! And, he's extremely up to date on the newest/latest/greatest tech stuff. Very impressed.
