My son's iPhone completely died and we had another one within minutes. Alex took care of us and I even upgraded while I was there. This was so simple and he was extremely knowledgeable which made this even better for me. Love it there!

I don’t remember his name, but the Verizon guy helped me so much. I got a replacement phone that never finished updating all night so I had no phone for over 12 hours and I brought it in to see if they could help and the guy had it finished in less than hour! So helpful and nice!!

On Saturday 11/10/23 my phone couldn’t make or receive calls. I took my phone to the Verizon closest to me and was told I needed a new phone. Decided to wait and get a second opinion.Thankfully I took my phone to Colchester Verizon and Alex help me discover I had been hacked! Someone had hacked into my account bought the most expensive iPhone then took my phone #. Alex was able to reactivate my phone, directed me to call the fraud department. All turned out okay! Thank You Alex!!!PS change your passwords often and setup all protection you can!

Such a welcoming and helpful business! I had originally gone in frantically with a broken phone, and came out of the store with the newest phone at the best deal possible. Ryan helped me save SO much money and explained everything so well along the way. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!
