They are always friendly here. Most days, it is in and out real fast. If it is busy , they usually go pretty fast. Parking in a busy day can be hard but.there is other parking lots right next to the post office ? ?

We spent two hours tracking a package down that came from UPS and ended up here even though we live in another town and went there only for them to tell us its not there but didn't want to physically check. We called UPS and we finally found a USPS tracking number that lead DIRECTLY back here. Been on the phone waiting for someone to answer and no one will. Its there and we could have had it the first time we visited. People are getting way too lazy these days.

We had some concerns about mail potentially missing. I was contacted immediately after alerting USPS. I was again contacted by phone and email to update me. The mail arrived a couple days later. Customer Service was outstanding! I can’t thank Ian enough.

Our mail carrier is awesome but the service in this office has tanked. The black guy keeps his back turned to you and even after seeing people walk out disgusted he doesn't even acknowledge the people waiting at the counter for service. I finally rang the bell and tried to talk to him but he totally ignores you. When he does talk to you he's rude and condescending. The postmaster is no better. She couldn't care less about helping customers. They should go work for Amazon.

I had to go to the post office today to mail something and being 23 in a world of technology I haven’t mailed something that often. So naturally I have a question where to put the address return address ext and for lack of his name the black man at the front counter has to be the rudest most condescending man. Being from a customer service environment I never complain cause probably could be worse but when asked simple question he responds what you have never got mail before, which he said to all 3 of my simply answered questions personally I think he need to learn a thing or two about respect for the people spending money at your place of work regardless of what it is or how much is spent

Definitely the worst post office. If you can imagine it, they've botched it. High turnover rate because you just can't fix bad management on a shoestring budget. Drivers abandoning trucks, mail delivered to the wrong address (or not at all!), and major problems taking multiple visits and calls for over a year to correct.

This is the worst post office. I constantly have packages and important mail that says it was delivered and never was. They had my passport sitting in a delivery drivers truck for days after it said delivered. My sons drivers permit is now “lost” and all they do is say sorry it was someone else filling in and I have to pay for a replacement? I’m sick of the understaffed excuse. EVERY PLACE is under staffed. They need to pay attention and do their job.

Not sure about all the bad reviews. I recently started shipping a lot of packages almost daily and I’ve never once had an issue. With staff or delivery.
