What a great experience. They truly listen to customers and make sure that they meet or exceed expectations. With my busy schedule they were able to accommodate what I needed. I will be buying more vehicles from them. I also had my old truck serviced with them and they were honest and fairly priced. Meredith was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her again.

I would highly recommend Troiano Auto group for any purchase. Truly a great experience purchasing our Wagoneer. Troiano retains their employees and customers for a reason. When you go to a dealer and every person is respectful and friendly, the buying process is how it should be. The price was competitive with other used models I saw online. What sealed the deal for our purchase was the friendly nature of the staff, from sales representative Bill Baker ,the manager Frank, financial representative Jym, to the owner Anthony himself, and quality and cleanliness of the vehicle and dealership. They take pride in their products property and staff. This along with the non pressure nature of car buying experience from my initial conversation and my wife's test drive to coming back to go for a ride again, starting the purchasing process, to finishing up the financial and warranty offerings. I've been pushed elsewhere to buy this and that ontop of the actual car. They asked me here if I would like to know about the additional products, protections and services they offer. I asked about one. I wasn't pressured but asked and that was refreshing. I have been involved with 8 dealer vehicle purchases over the years and this one shines above the rest. They have earned my loyalty as a customer who plans on returning for our next purchase.

I highly recommend Troiano auto for all your vehicle needs. Dave in sales was fantastic, no pressure, friendly, knowledgeable. Frank the sales manager was outstanding also. Forget five stars, they are 10 star in my book!!! I thank them all!!

Phil, our sales rep, was friendly and very helpful. He was quick to answer questions. Anything he didn’t know, he found the answer quickly. Financing was easy and quick. Delivery was also quick. I would highly recommend Troiano after dealing with them.

Awesome buying experience! All the staff were amazing throughout the entire process. One of the salespeople even played games with our 6 year old to help keep him occupied, he even got a few popsicles from them! I didn’t feel pressured to buy and they gave me a great price on my trade in. Thank you to the entire sales team at Troiano, when it comes time to buy again, we will be back!
