I can't say enough nice things. I have a two family home and have purchased four appliance's in the past year. Last week a dishwasher just died. The staff worked quickly to recommend a more reliable and in stock dishwasher brand. They installed it the same day. The install crew is top notch making sure that all plastic etc is removed and that they are leaving my property the same as they found it. They also price match without being asked.

The staff at murder appliances is so helpful when we were doing our kitchen remodel we had ideas on what products we’d like to use and wanted to to see them in person although they have a limited selection we were able to hear a lot of the good and the bad of each of the companies including their warranty experience with some of the companies the ease in getting that warranty repair work should we need any And where the work was completed whether it is local in the US or have limited shops in the US because it is manufactured overseas they were able to deliver and they were actually able to hold all our product at their location until we were ready to accept delivery at that point in the remodel when we needed it they were very friendly and although they delivery guys pretty much Destroyed the front of one of my fridges. They were able to help set up a warranty order to get a new door although they did also ask if we wanted to just return the unit. I really wanted my fridge back so I accepted the damage one, and waited for a brand new door to be installed, aside from that delivery experience and it was a pretty large fridge. They were extremely pleasant easy to work with help us get the lowest price possible on all the items that we needed and they were able to get everything that we had on our wishlist even though they didn’t have it on their floor. I highly suggest coming in and talking with them if you’re looking for any appliance purchase big or small.

The customer service here is tremendous, and they price match with other retailers. We have redone nearly all of our appliances with Smarter Appliance and have zero regrets. These folks are the best around!

Such a positive experience! Experience staff in picking out our appliance to delivery and installation. The installation Team, Dominic and Tony were great, answered all our questions and showed us how to use. Would highly recommend going here. Tony the Mgr will do you right.

Great service, matched prices of the competition and delivered right away. Found a dent in the dryer and they sent someone out the next day to check it out. Would suggest buying local from this business.

I recently purchased a queen bed for a guest room - Box spring, mattress, and frame. A reasonable selection, good service, a fair price, and prompt courteous delivery. Recommended.

Our dishwasher went to dishwasher heaven, so I called Smarter. The reason I called them is that they were by far the most helpful appliance dealer that my son & daughter in law dealt with when they tried to replace a built-in fridge. I was looking for a Bosch 500, but they are in short supply, and no one has one including Smarter. Lead times were unacceptable given that the old dishwasher wash in rigor. The salesman suggested a KitchenAid, and knew exactly how much vertical clearance I needed without having to look it up. I asked when they could install it. There was a blizzard coming, so I had to wait until the storm passed, but they put me first on the schedule for that Monday. Not only was the salesman very helpful, but he extended me a price match to the big box stores price without my asking. The installer called 2 days before installation to confirm the installation, then called the day of delivery to confirm the install time. Installation was quick and professional, and although they didn't bring 6 pall bearers for the old dishwasher, they gave it a dignified exit and trip to the ever after. Why would you buy from a big box, when you can work with these guys for the same price? The new dishwasher works great!

Highly recommend this local appliance store. They were able to price match all the big box stores and their delivery service was fantastic. They got everything in and into place. I will say, they couldn't quite price match on the fridge I wanted but everything else was perfect. I understood they couldn't go as low as the other independent retailer so that was the only appliance I got elsewhere. Everything else came from Smarter Appliance. Thanks guys!

If you need appliances you need to head here. We ordered a new appliance to replace one that died. They matched our price, and had the item to install in 3 days. The first item was damaged so they reordered it and then the truck from the warehouse broke down. Tony gave us a loaner and the replacement arrived and was installed today. Travis was awesome with our initial sale and the installation.

Window AC died in the middle of the night. Next morning I searched online for models and prices to get a sense of what was available and where. I have not needed an appliance since Smarter Appliance opened but I love to shop local. I called to get availability and a price. Travis gave a great quote right away on the phone. Service was great when I arrived to pick it up. I am definitely going back. PS. Don’t get confused by the prices on their website which appear to be full retail for some items. Call to get the price.

If you are looking for excellent customer service look no further than Smarter Appliance! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about the delivery of my dryer from having to remove my entry door to making sure the dryer was level. Support local businesses because you get the customer service you can’t put a price on and often don’t get good service from big box stores.
