I took my mother and grandmother for the deluxe pedicures. I loved it so much! They are so friendly there, and they do their job very well, above and beyond even. It was such a pleasant experience. My mother and grandmother were so pleased and it made for a wonderful time. The prices are very affordable, my mother and grandmother were so pleased and it made for a wonderful time. The prices are very affordable and worth the cost!! I will be sure to tell others about Kap Nail Salon and visit sometime again soon.

Been coming to KAP since 2015. always been happy. went in today and saw Dann. asked for a full set. I asked for a short almond set, and a simple design. Not complicated AT ALL. so as always I paid tipped well and left. got to the car and was looking at my nails. they look horrible! they are not almond shaped at all. they are all different shaped. they are extremely thick. totally disgusting! I called and spoke to P I kindly told her that I wasnt happy and would like to come back and have HER fix them. she yelled and told me why didn't I say anything when I was there. I said I felt bad and rude. she puts Danny on and he starts right away with a additude and again arguing with me. I said could I please just have them soaked off and be refunded? they told me NO and they were too busy to do it. I said tell me please when I can come in and they again said too busy. I said wow that's how you conduct a business and I hung up. I will NEVER go there again or recommend anyone to this shit show of a place.

An appointment was made for 3 people to get their nails done- normally all 3 get them done at the same time, instead I sat there for an hour while the 2 people I was with got their nails done and then finally something was said about mine but I wasn't going to sit there for another hour.Very disappointed

I love KAP nails! The owners are amazing and SO friendly. They even remembered my name after years of not getting my nails done very fair pricing and very happy with my nails. They have over 1000 colors to choose from! Very happy with my experience. I will be a regular once again! Thanks Danny!
