Was a great experience. Dogs were happy and healthy on their return to me. The only thing that would make it better would be a video feed to be able to check-in / watch my dogs.We've been going here for almost a year now. My dogs stayed for 7 days while I was on vacation. Everything went well. I was called when my dogs weren't eating. I appreciated that they had several options ready to ask me about and things smoothed out after.

Sadhana was wonderful in helping us learn how to work with our dog, who was having a tough time adjusting to our “granddog” being in the house, as well as difficulty being around other unknown dogs. She was patient, communicated clearly and followed up as promised, and really taught us some very helpful strategies. We highly recommend her!

Maya went to Gagnon’s daycare for years prior to her recent ACL tear. We love it there! The staff is great and she always had so much fun. I still take her for nail clippings and I appreciate the walk in services for things like this. It always feels so good that they know who my dog is when I come in with her even though she doesn’t go there regularly. I highly recommend John Gagnon’s!

We are so fortunate to have Gagnon’s in our area for doggy daycare as well as grooming needs. The staff are all so caring, which makes leaving our pup in their care, worry free ♥️

The staff are amazing, courteous, and I can see that they love & care for each and every one of the dogs. The facility is clean and well organized. Hands down - OUTSTANDING! Mahalo to the entire Gagnon staff!

Our chihuahua has been boarded several times so far. He does not like strangers, but the staff at Gagnon’s does a wonderful job with him and we know he is in good hands when we are away. We also appreciate that Rebecca provides us with a report card that details how each specific visit went.

Our 9 month old puppy went to doggie daycare for the first time yesterday. She had a great time and was a happy, tired puppy when she came home. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be bringing her back!

I was recommended by a friend to try Gagnon’s to train my very reactive pup. We ended up training with Sadhana and she was absolutely amazing in teaching me techniques to handle my dog when he comes across other dogs while on leash. She is very straightforward and to the point which is something I appreciated since we have gone to a trainer beforehand and did not address my pup’s reactivity. Overall, it was an enriching experience and I am a lot more confident in handling my dog! We will definitely continue to go to Gagnon’s and have Sadhana navigate our journey with our reactive pup.

We have 2 Biewer Yorkshire Terriers that just recently boarded at Gagnon's Pet Resort. It was a little stressful leaving them for the 1st time and using a new facility as well. The clientele quickly eased that experience for us. All were so nice and helpful and very organized and efficient. When we called to check up on them, they were able to give us details on how they were both doing which we appreciated. We scheduled baths and nail trimming as part of some extras they offered. When we arrived to pick them up, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they looked. They both looked liked show dogs. Their coats were so clean, and silky, white fur was so bright and they smelled amazing. We were amazed and could not get over how gorgeous they were. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Gagnon's to others considered a reliable place to take their animals. We look forward to more wonderful experiences at Gagnon's Pet Resort. Thank you to all personnel who took such good care of our fur babies...we really appreciate it! Catherine & Robert

Our trainer Sadhana, was very good! Spent a lot of time to help us with our ( new to us rescue) who is very reactive!!! She got him under control quickly and explained to us how to manage him. I recommend and come back for more training.

Gagnon’s is the only place I trust with our dogs. We live about 40 minutes away but it’s worth the drive. My dogs aren’t the easiest or friendliest dogs especially with strangers, but they always come home having been well cared for by the Gagnons team.

Staff is great with Stormy, My boy gets so excited when I say want to see your friends (he knows it means doggie day care). Clean and well organized establishment, would give 10 stars out of 10. Relaxes when he comes home. Play day is the best.
