Absolutely love this Nail & Spa salon. Stellar services, excellent prices and fabulous quality of products. I get so many compliments on my nails. If you haven't tried 'chroming' your gel color, I highly recommend it. It will cost you a little extra but it is super fun with dramatic results and can be used on any gel color you'd like.

Super friendly! My mother-in-law recommended this place when I was visiting and we went as a group of three. We called ahead of time to make an appointment, and got sat down quickly when we showed up. The couple is super sweet and very efficient working with the three of us when it was just the two of them.

I went there to get a gel manicure and it was a horrible experience. First, they didn't let me pick a color, she sat me down and put the acetone cotton balls on my fingers with the foil, and then gave me the little sticks to pick a color, so of course I was fumbling with them with giant balls of tin foil on my fingers and the nail lady got annoyed she had to fix them. Then, when she was doing my nails, she kept pulling my arm and rolling her eyes because I wasn't moving my hand the way she wanted, and even told me after one coat of polish that "oh you did good that round" in a very condescending way. I've gotten my nails done for years, I don't sit there with stiff hands so I was extremely confused, I've never had a nail tech give me this sort of attitude. Then, she was holding the bottle in the same hand that she was holding my hand, and my fingers are long so they kept touching the bottle opening, I had to hold my finger up and back to not touch it, and she was getting annoyed at me for that! Rolling her eyes, huffing, and looking me straight in the eye while doing those things. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon, I will never go back.

VERY caring regarding your health issues. I have neurology in my both feet and they are extremely sensitive but Kim was very careful to be gentle.

I visit Hyacinth about once a month and I love them! They always are so careful and do an outstanding job. Michelle is so friendly and welcoming. BEWARE!!!!!! Don’t use this nail salon. They stole a tip from me. He charged me 40 dollars extra on my credit card and had me sign I didn’t look at the total when I signed the credit card. I gave her 40 dollars cash and she charged my card another 40 dollars. I went back and they fought with me. I tried to dispute with my credit card and because I signed the credit card slip I lost. Plus they are way over priced!

This place gave me a fungal infection while I was getting gel nails done. It’s been over a year and I’m still fighting to grow my nails out because of it . Don’t go there .
