Extremely knowledgeable. Called because I thought the starter on my snowblower was shot. Troubleshot the issue over the phone with me and diagnosed the problem to a simple missing bolt. Could have very easily agreed with my assessment and charged me a new starter but instead, took the time to examine the issue. Clearly they know small engines and willing to work with their customers to find the correct solution for their problems.

I been dealing with Tony(owner) at Ganos for many many years through various companies including my own. Place is very honest and great service team. They are knowledgeable with all current equipment issues and will get you a plan to fix it. Best in the area for any landscaping needs.

Bought a stihl 291 farm boss from them. Great service and friendly staff. Saw was junk though. Had to replace the clutch after about 15 hours or less. Now it doesn't want to oil. Not their fault. They just sell what's supposed to be a good product. Apparently new stihl saws are just junk. Spend $450 for a little bit of work and falls apart. Prefer an older saw because it would be more reliable. My 1979 Husqvarna was more reliable

A very complete power equipment store that seems to have a limitless supply of top shelf equipment in every configuration. But it's not just about the equipment, it's about a cadre of individuals who are professional and extremely knowledgeable about selling AND servicing. I recently bought a used tractor here and was very happy with not only the sale, but the follow through. Great delivery and can't wait for my leaf vac system which I'm confident will exceed my expectations. Check them out!

Went in there to possibly rent a machine. But unfortunately their prices are (HIGH), And and they Upcharge for delivery, plus they do NOT have trailer that you can use for you to pick up on your own.Not very convenient ? so I'll only give them 2 star's. I had to go to 1 of their competitors.

My boyfriend had service done on our lawn mower, service was excellent. Very efficient, pick up was on time the drop off, service both on the phone very polite, what they did to make the mower not only look new the cut and sound of our mower like new and it’s 10 years old, well done.
