The proprietor Christina for the colchester area (spelling?) was SUPER helpful with a package that went to the wrong address due to user error. She checked in, offered to send someone out to check the area, etc. every other experience I’ve had with a FedEx has NEVER been this good or thorough. Thanks so much!
