Whoever shuts the coolers off to waste the stores food is going to get fired with this review for being a completely knowing completely waiting; what I am doing loser. Hope they get fired besides the newest staff. Looking at me all funny like.

The manager at this particular location is absolutely rude and does not belong in customer service. This is after several interactions with her. The Salem location is much better. The manager is helpful in salem and keeps her store clean and run efficiently.

The store has been redone. Employees remaining there for a few years and are super helpful, kind and attentive. Many good sales and they are pretty good at getting everything put out. I do recommend them to everyone in the area.

Very disappointed got there at 845p and the door was locked despite the sign saying 9pm. Good store but other customer who arrived said this happens all the time at night.

Dollar General has a little of everything. Only problem is there arepiles of things that need to be put away. Not sure if they don't have the staff to put it away. It seems all of the stores operate with piles of merchandise in the way. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Store has 100's of items out of stock. The older cashier lady with shoulder length grey hair and glasses was extremely rude when I asked for a refund because she scanned one item twice. She threw the receipt at me when I asked her if it was mine and the proceeded to talk under her breath as I walked away. This is the worst customer service I have ever had and will never go back.

I was almost knocked over trying to come into the store today to get a grocery cart by someone who seemed anxious to get out of there and not happy at all ..I can see why after shopping there today ..there were loaded dillies with new shipment everywhere . It was very hard to get around them on a busy Saturday. I had to move a ladder myself to get around it with my cart after waiting for someone to move it . The one worker was at the other end of the aisle working hard and I didn't have time to wait for help . I was checking out and noticed another customer in line behind me , so close they could have looked over my shoulder to see my pin if I didn't but charge . There should be a distinct marking for customers to wait their turn , not directly behind the customer checking out ! Less than one feet behind me mind you . I will not return to that store anytime soon although I loved shopping there before ..kids were running around the store as well .the guy at the register was wonderful but I think management was somewhere else ..need more help at the registers and less clutter , mayhem and no music blaring .

went to return a shirt i bought last week and cashier told me i couldn’t get store credit without a receipt….. told her i used to work here and i know she can, suddenly the story changed and she was able to put it on a gift card. why lie to your customers? pure laziness

To practice customer service for 30 years 70 hours a week and shop at this store with such awful customer service it’s truly sad . It is very simple to be kind , I suggest they all receive training . I will drive as far as needed to be sure I am never treated like that again
