Stood there for 10 minutes holding 2 gallons of milk while two employees and the manager or owner named Mohammed had a nice long chat with a regular about when his favorite cigarettes were going to come in and just about everything else that's going on in his life. I then put my milk back in the cooler and drove next door to the Gibbs station to fill up my tank and get my milk from now on

Poor customer serviceFirst time here Pink hair cashier denied service to my son. second time at this location they see me standing by the hot food area waiting on them I wait until no customers, they keep ignoring me until I get their attention, pink hair cashier looks at me for the 3rd time after ignoring me and said you have to order at cashier like I'm stupid. Got me thinking she's don't like Latinos. Well too bad we are here to stay and if you don't like it, then make your own planet.

Any size coffee 99 cents unless you want an iced coffee then it's $1.29 and I didn't even get an iced coffee I just used the iced coffee cup because I prefer it over the hot coffee cup i told the lady at the register and she said it goes by the barcode on the cup so in essence if you fill the cup with ice like most people do you are paying more and getting less coffee the largest hot coffee cup is labeled as 20 oz the largest iced coffee cup says 24 oz on the bottom but has the same capacity as the 20 oz hot coffee cup cumberland farms 99 cents any size hot or iced and I'm just gonna guess cumbies iced coffee cups are much bigger I should have just waited to go to cumbies

Perhaps the gent working third shift on Saturday night, 10/10 might restrain himself from making thinly veiled digs about who may or may not be doing their part to prevent the spread of covid-19. At least until he finds a way to diagnose someone accurately from behind the counter, in less then five minutes and without any testing. Not all sniffles are caused by covid-19. Some might be caused by an allergic reaction to a family member's new kitten.

Train your employees to understand that the customer has other options on where they spend their hard earned dollars...Less indifference (say hello, make eye contact, at least be polite) to those who choose to spend it at your store.

Tons of gas pumps here never wait to get a handle lots of food choices inside that the buzz you in late nights for security I got my first car accident outside of this place aside from that a good gas station

This is a 24 hour station with a pretty big convience store that has most every thing you would need during a quick stop. The only knock on this place is the fuel is sometimes a little high, but then so is Colchester as a town. But I stop here almost every day also the help are very helpful and courteous.
