We just stopped into Big Gary's Colchester, our ole faithful for a great beer selection! The staff are always so helpful but tonight, Anthony was amazing!!! Anthony offered many suggestions, you could tell he loves his job! To my surprise he said he's only worked at Big Gary's for approx. 10mons.

I just stopped by to pick up a bottle of dark rum to make hurricanes to celebrate Fat Tuesday. Originally I was going to grab a bottle of Meyer's for $29.99 but I noticed there was a bottle of Captain Morgan Black on the shelf for $15.99. The bottle was rung up and without even paying attention I inserted my card to pay. This is when I noticed the bottle rang up for $19.99. I mentioned to the cashier that the hand written price tag stated $15.99. She walked over and observed the price tag and stated she had to look it up. She returned to the register and looked up the bottle in the recommended price catalog and said "Cost is $15.99 it actually recommends charging $20.99 a bottle". Rather than honoing the hand written marked price she asked "so do you still want it?" to which I declined and asked for a refund and took my buisness to Colchester Wine and Spirits.
